SPECIAL INTERRUPTIBLE CONTRACTS wvi.edule SIC AVAILABILITY: The Company may enter into special interruptible contracts with industrial and large commercial customers whose maximum demand exceeds 1000 kW and who agree to have at least 80% of their contract demand subject to interruption. Service under this tariff will be offered on a nondiscriminatory basis to all customers who meet the availability requirements of the tariff. RATES: Customers contracting for service under this tariff will be subject to hourly changes in energy prices. Such contracts will contain rates that, in the aggregate, exceed the Company's incremental costs and make a contribution to the Company's fixed costs. o> £ > 9 (T CM O O

CONDITIONS: All contracts entered into under this tariff shall be furnished to the Commission Staff and the Office of Public Counsel, shall be listed in this schedule, and shall be subject to the Commission's jurisdiction. The terms and conditions of any such contract shall not bind the Commission for ratemaking purposes.
