This document is a Launch employee checklist; it is an example
document for you to build a similar checklist for your own
business, as each company has its own unique processes and
systems. However you’ll find that much of this document is
transferrable.
This checklist is an assistant to the hiring manager to ensure
his/her employee is well inducted into the business. A full
induction process, including the HR documents and training
manuals accompany this checklist to complete the employee’s
first 6 months in our business. For more information on HR
