Lawsuit Filed Against NTTA, Motorist

Lawsuit filed by the family of William "Billy" Bond against the NTTA and a driver who lost control of his truck on the Dallas North Tollway and hit a median, causing a large chunk of concrete to crash through the windshield of another car and kill Bond.
