Abstract
A battery is a chemically operated pumped for electricity. It can move a stream of
electrical charge through a system of wires called a circuit. Just as a pump does not
make water, a battery does not make electricity. Rather, a battery causes particles of
electricity called electrons, to move, and thus to do useful work. The battery does this by
changing the arrangement of the atoms in compounds within it from a more–active to a
less-active form.Perhaps the most interesting development in batteries is the fuel cell

Introduction
A. STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
Can the water support the storage of energy?
B. HYPOTHESIS
Yes, because in the fuel cell a chemically reactive gas, such as hydrogen or
natural gas, is passed into the anode, while oxygen is passed into the cathode.
C. OBJECTIVES
The light bulb must lighten when it’s attached to the water that connected in the
battery. In a suitable chemical environment, the hydrogen and oxygen react together
somewhat as they would in a furnace, producing water and perhaps carbon dioxide.
D.SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY
It may result to new inventions and electric resources.
E.SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS
The battery that we were researching is a potential energy.
F. DEFINITIONS OF TERMS
Battery- A chemically operated pump for electricity.
Circuit- system of wires
Fuel cell- the most interesting development in batteries.
Potential energy- The energy stored in an object because of it’s position, location or
condition.
Energy- ability to do work.
