Both of these helped with effective management as they gave ideas of what was taking place. The manager of the hose shop could inform the warehouse manager of what was going to be needed so all supplies were in stock. Other managers could question what future orders were coming through that specific shop to keep track of supplies. Safety was a main concern which entails and lot of safety products being used.
