This is the complete paperwork I gave to a lawyer. I was told by my lawyer that the company would "expose" me so I shouldnt push beyond signing out of court. Also, I asked for a judge or mediator as another lawyer told me this might work and my lawyer said they wouldnt be willing to do that. I gave $5000 to the lawyer, and none of the out of pocket medical expenses was paid for including co pay to the Marino Center or herbs, treatments. The apartment was never fixed per HUD regulations and the Pettiti's violation of many civil rights as well as laws was never investigated or dealt with. Neither was rent over payment ever returned to me and in thier arrogance, upon paying me this shut up money, the company refused to return my 300 dollar deposit. Much smear was used concerning the origin of this money I recieved including that I got it for being an informant.Due to the justice system NOT doing its job and corruption, I now can sleep easier knowing that this company now has been, uh...'exposed' for doing what they have been doing to tenants since the 1980's- and getting away with it.The money was all spent on hotel rooms and trying to move to Phoenix AZ as this was suggested by someone close to me at the time as I sought an arid, hot place to recover from mycotoxicosis. I became disillusioned and the money went quickly as I was harassed along the way.Note Dr Emmerich never mentions I am treated for anything OTHER THAN ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION, and even stated that the apartment and the noise next door made my condition worse. Other than the mold, the Pettiti's had 3 opportunities to move me to units that were facing the back of the building which would have been acceptable due to being much quieter. All I wanted was to start school at UMass. I was trying to get them to move me based on reasonable accomadation.I dont want any money now- I want revenge and the truth to be exposed concerning all events. By the way, I went to the HUD office in Boston and they looked scared to death and wouldnt really do anything. Welcome to the northeast.
