Estate Sale

ANTIQUE FARM AUCTION VERN AND MYRTLE VINE FARM
Saturday, June 16th, 2012 - 10:00 AM
Sale Location: From Circle take Highway 13 North +/- 22 miles to
the Cow Creek Road go west for +- 3 miles Watch for auction signs. Auction starts at 10:00 AM on household items, a second auction ring will start around 10:30 AM on aircraft parts. You may want to bring a partner should you be interested in items in both rings.
Mr. Vine was one of the pioneers of aviation in Montana, learning to fly in 1928 at Wolf Point, Montana taking instruction in a Travel Air Biplane powered by a World War I surplus Curtiss OX-5 V-8 engine. Vern soloed on October 7, 1928 after 16 hours of dual instruction from James Cook. He was an active pilot and aviation enthusiast until his death in 1992.
