Sherlock Holmes:Game of Shadows This is the greatly exclaimed sequel of the movie Sherlock Holmes.Those of you who have not watched it slap yourself and go watch it right now! Those of you who have seen it should pat themselves on the back.Job well done.This movie is based on the popular detective books by Arthur Doyle Conan.The movie directed by Guy Ritchie stars Robert Downey Jr. as the ever eccentric Sherlock and Jude Law as his loyal partner Dr.Watson.Sherlock Holmes:Game of Shadows takes place during the Victorian Era of England.In the sequel,unlike the movie before it Holmes infamous archenemy is introduced into the plot. Established by the books Moriarty was one of the few people who was capable of keeping up with the intricate mind of Sherlock. The drama begins with Holmes struggling to come to terms with the fact that his best friend Watson was soon to be wedded.Dealing with that concept knocks some screws around in his head causing him and Watson’s relationship to become rocky.Then to add to the mix the Irene Adler,played by actress Rachel Adams, who he thought was forever out of his life reappears with undesirable company shrouded in secrets.Also Sherlock trying to unravel an evil scheme had to butt heads with Moriarty,who’s plan effects the whole world.The question is:Who’s head is stronger? To see who wins this battle you must watch this awesome movie. You won’t regret it.The picks for the parts in this movie were very well done. Also I’m a particular huge fan of Robert Downey Jr.The actors portrayed their characters straight to the point.I can’t think of any changes that would have to be made.
