Ms. Bellows, This is the information required to reserve the chapel that you had requested. I am having Rev. C.C. Coltraine preside over my ceremony and she has agreed and signed the forms as necessary. There is also a copy of her license to perform marriage ceremonies included. I would like to reserve Chapel One for my wedding on June 5th, 2010. I have already contacted Ms. Cindy Robinson and she has agreed to act as our hostess. I have also contacted Ms. Kathy Smith and she has also agreed to perform at the ceremony. As I have stated before I am joining my fiancé in Arkansas this Sunday. If there is any further information required I am available until Friday, otherwise I am available to contact by telephone.
