Ingrediente:

2 foi de napolitana 4 oua 250 g zahar pudra 200 g miere 20 g nuci vanilie sau esenta de lamaie Mod de preparare: Amestecam intr`un vas pus pe foc albusurile cu zaharul adaugand putina mierea infierbantata. Cand compozitia incepe sa se desprinda de pe batator o dam la o parte, punem nucile taiate feliute mai subtiri, zaharul vanilat sau esenta de lamaie si le amestecam. Pe planseta asezam una din foile de napolitana, deasupra compozitia in strat uniform, netezind-o cu cutitul, apoi o acoperim cu cea de-a doua foaie. Lasam sa se raceasca, apoi o taiem bucati dupa dorinta. Pofta buna!
