works in a hospital or doctor's office or a woman who is paid to take care of a young
child usually in the child's home. In the Malaysia Nursing Board there are rules and
regulation and boundaries. It makes nurse follow the guidelines and only act
according to the manual and in other word there is a limit in every profession and by
law the boundaries already are set to classify each profession and their duty of work.
