My job was to manage the day to day operations. I was responsible for the hiring process and evaluations on the unit. Two Rivers Psychiatric Hospital RN- House Supervisor April 2007- May 2008, Kansas City, MO- Was the weekend house supervisor and made safe clinical judgment for the entire hospital. Also, did staffing for each uni t and worked with each employee to create a safe and healthy environment for the patient.
