Goals of this Group Session
 Free exchange of ideas and experiences on EMC Service
Assurance Suite products and services
 Review “Working Group” key focus areas
 Organize member feedback and provide it to EMC SA Suite
management

Working Groups were designed with the intent to allow User
Group Members to exchange ideas, experiences and challenges with
the goal of identifying 4-5 ideas to present to EMC for future
product capabilities and user group programs. A subset of the User
Group members work closely with EMC SA Suite professionals to
review progress and present updates to community.
