OT Note : Patient was kept on OT table in supine position, under aseptic condition catheterised with Foley’s
Catheter No. 16 with Urobag attached. Under Spinal Anaesthesia Parts was painted and drapped with sterile cutsheet. A Paramedian incision of approx. 5inches was given on lower abdomen extending from just below umbilicus to just above pubic symphysis. Abdomen was opened in layers. A semilunar incision of 4.5 inches was given on LUS. An Alive Term Male/Female (
