Job responsibilities:  Looking after all the activities related to pre and posts installation of kalka i.e. proper work order time, proper installation & their proper care.  Looking after CMS (Complaint Management System) & PMS (Prospect Management System), both systems are online for complaint resolution & prospect management.  Coordinating between various departments likes Customer Care, BCC (Billing Credit & Control) & Nw-Ops (Network Operation) for smooth running of processes.  The major is give proper attention to the Targets given and put maximum efforts to fulfill them on time.
