Objectives and policies Class activity Submitted by: Sundus Farooq Submitted t0: Mr.Haroon Section: E

Personal objectives:  To equalize the education level for both male and female
1

Objectives

Reason: Mostly people assumed that there is no use of study for female because they have to sit in the home. In Gujarat 60% people said there this is just waste of money we do not spend money on our daughters as one day will get married and become house wife and for becoming house wife there is no need of education. They also said that we spend on males because they are our support for future. 40% people said that girls should study though they have to get married because after married they can run their house more wisely and groom their children very well. Even they said that now there is no difference between a son and a daughter. My personal view is that education is important or both male and female because it will teach them the basic rules of life, society etc and from our religion point of view there is great emphasizes on education. Our Holy Prophet (SAW) said: “Seek knowledge though you have to go to China”  To provide the equal opportunities both to male and female. Reason: Most of the time it happens that people do discrimination between male and female. People think that males are good in Maths, Stats etc as compared to females. Male get job easily as it is perceived that they are more efficient than females. 80% officers are male and 20% are women. Even 90% people perceived that those woman work outside whose financial position is not stable. In Gujrat 85% of people perceived it bad or their disrespect if females work outside. I think that there should be equal opportunities for both because both men and women play an important role in building our economy and even I want to change the perception of the people that working outside is not at all bad and there is wrong in it.  Increase the chances of student success in each level of education.
2

Objectives

Reason: 96% people say that there is no use of this theoretical knowledge in the practical life but I this is not true I think the concepts remain the same just the method of doing it changes. So I will try to provide my students the practical knowledge that will change the perception of others and provide them more opportunities of success.  Reason: I will provide that sort of course pack material that will incorporate the example from the practical world. That will help the students to point out the problem and solutions that will strong their analytical thinking.  Purpose is not profit. Reason: People who have good abilities but cannot study due to lack of resources I want those people to get education because with the help of this they can change the financial position of their houses and play an important role in our economy. Even this will increase our literacy rate currently it is 17%. To develop course books and to give them functionality in institution.

General objectives My general objective is to educate the students at the best of their abilities. I want to polish them from every aspect so that they can cope with practical world. I will provide my students

3

Objectives

the appropriate education that will fulfil their needs and help them to get success in their future.  Encourage the students to develop physically, socially, culturally, mentally and physically. Reason: This is a reason for that I am emphasising on extra-curriculum activities because from these activities students teach a lot for example team, leadership, cope with situation and hard work. These activities make a student strong physically and mentally.  Encourage students to respect and tolerate other races, religions and their living styles. Reason: This is a reason that why I am offering ethics and even targeting minorities because this will teach the students to respect each other and you are not superior because of your race in fact superior is that who have good qualities. This will help them in understanding each other religion and encourage them to tolerate each other. In fact it will make them confident and strong in believes.  Prepare the students for seeking the opportunities, handling their responsibilities and experiences that they will come across as adults, in a world that is changing rapidly.  Develop an active and interested mind, a scientific and mathematical attitude towards problems, and to encourage children to ask and discuss logically, inventing experiments and examinations in order to seek answers.  Offer a curriculum that includes the National Curriculum and the Whole Curriculum together with Religious Education and Worship
4

Objectives

 Assign students physical tasks and skills that help them to use language and number efficiently  Offer a wide variety of skills and the ability to innovate new ideas, new ways of doing things and other innovations in the future  Provide the environment that make acceptable attitudes, principles and relationships within a pleasant environment, and a feeling of assurance  Enable children to participate fully in a society where English are used as modes of communication. Life style goals:  Improve the life styles of the people.  Help the students to change the standard of their living.  Help the student to build a strong sense of identity and self-esteem  Provide more educated society. Reason: By providing them students the better education I will make them capable to improve their life styles and living of standards. A quality of education will make their rationale so they can make the best decision about their life styles. It will also boost their confidence and polish their skills and talents which will help them in their practical life and they will know that what are their strength and weaknesses so even they can work on their weaknesses and improve it. With the help of my school I will be able to introduce more educated society. Currently only 47% of the society is educated other than that everybody is illiterate and belong to lower class that do not even have the resources for education. So by providing education to these people I will help them in improving their life style and introduce a well mannered and educated society.
5

Objectives

Economic goals:  Help to increase economic growth and the distribution of income  Decrease unemployment rate  Increase literacy rate  Help to decrease poverty rate  Efficient use of resources  Pattern of consumption  Prosper economy  Achieve estimated sales turnover Reason: Currently the economic GDP growth rate is 3.7% that is very less and the distribution of income in unequal that is 4.1% for the lower class, 10.0% for the middle and 27.7% for the upper class. I will try to improve the economy and distribution of income by providing them better education. With the help of knowledge students will get familiar with the new concepts that will increase the production and use the resources efficiently of our economy which will lead to prosper economy. They will be familiar with the new software which will help to estimates their demand and supply. Their pattern of consumption will also be improved when our economy will boom. It will decline the inflation rate that is currently 6%. It will ultimately decrease the poverty rate that is 19% right now. Literacy rate will also increase as right now according to economy survey 55% males and 75% women are illiterate. I will try to improve the economy through my educational services

We live in Punjab so we follow the course material of Punjab text board and rarely do they change the content of the book especially in Urdu course books.
