Fortunately, things go perfectly well as I hoped before flying back here in the Philippines. After discovering my passion for programming when I was in high school, I’ve always dreamed of becoming a real professional programmer someday. I studied Information Management in Rome hoping to achieve my goal. It was tough in the beginning, nevertheless I was able to get high grades and maintain them, as I’ve always been in the Philippines. After getting the diploma in Information Management I took Computer Science in Università della Sapienza in Rome. But University life was tougher. I’ve only spent one year in that University not wanting to fail anymore. I can’t give up, so that’s it. I am here again attending – the Lyceum I of the that Philippines with this University Batangas. believe
education system, I’ll surely learn a lot, slowly but surely. This semester I am enrolled in Computer Ethics in Ms. Mischelle Esguerra’s class. I find it really interesting and helpful for my dream. Learning what is right and wrong in confronting different situations or what is ethical and is not will help me a lot as a
person. I believe that professionals should always be responsible for their works, for everything they do, and stand for what is right. That is why I believe that learning ethics and applying the lessons learned in our everyday life is very relevant not only in becoming a better person, but is also very necessary in becoming an IT professional. You don’t just have to do so well, but you should also become ethical. I am really hoping to learn more things about proper way of approaching different situations in life especially in the field of work for the future.
Just
recently
I’ve
watched
a
very
interesting
episode in “Maalaala Mo Kaya” which I think is relevant to this Moral Reasonableness. That episode is about a girl being always judged by every person surrounding her, from the people who adopted her to the people in her neighborhood. Despite of being a good daughter, she was abused by the one she considered her mom and was
brought to work as a prostitute to pay for his adoptive father’s hospital bills. She didn’t have a choice, but when she had a chance to quit the work, she did it to start someone over. who She works a lot to earn and people’s loves her appreciation. But just when she thought there’s already appreciates, understands despite her past, there’s his family who can’t accept their relationship because of her past that she has never really wanted. First of all, I think it is very unreasonable to judge someone because of being a child of someone not good. In the first place, no one can choose who will be their parents. I believe no one can wholly tell what kind of person you are just by knowing who your parents are. Secondly, either you are the real or reel parents, you shouldn’t be the one to push your son or daughter to do bad deeds for your benefits. And lastly, before we judge people, we should listen to their stories and know them well. Allow a person to change for the good instead of bringing up the past and judging him or her. I believe that moral reasonableness means ability to be rational in our way of thinking and reasoning. In this kind of situation a person with moral reasonableness is someone who doesn’t just judge, but consider every side of the story, and understand her sincerely.

Aside from that, I think through the good deeds of volunteers, those people are encouraged to dream for a better life and work hard for it. I’m pretty sure we all know trending video Philippines “So you’re saying amalayer (I’m a liar)?” It’s about a college student who began yelling at the lady guard in LRT after inspecting her bag. Whatever her reason is, it’s very improper. She is a student, and I believe that an educated older person her, knows so better she how to differentiate right from wrong. The guard was obviously than should just have asked her politely and calmly if she had questions for her. It’s not like that the lady guard is fighting back for her to continue shouting. What’s the consequence of her action? It was shown in television nationwide. What did she get? Majority thinks she was overreacting. There are too many negative comments.
From my point of view, moral communication refers to the use of ethical You language to in communicating with others. need think

I am a daughter of both overseas filipino workers. As much as they want to stay here in the Philippines for good, they can’t. It is because I’m still studying. I guess the moral awareness here is on my part. Some people rebel and say their parents are not with them. They’d

different though. I understand that they just have to be practical. Who parents wouldn’t like to give their sons and daughters delicious food and so on? I know how much they work hard to provide our needs, to give us good life. The only thing I can do is to pay them back, not with money, but with the achievements I can get. For me it’s more like a responsibility to be a good daughter too, since everything they do is all for me and my brother, for our good. I think that is moral awareness, it’s recognizing moral problems and moral issues. In my case, not literally a problem, but I think living abroad, is something my parents wouldn’t have liked long time ago, if they didn’t feel a need. So me knowing all of these, in return, I have to do well, and I wouldn’t like to fail them. Other people of same my situation have to be openminded, and stop rebelling. They have to understand that it’s for their sake, and know what is right.

Act of RH Bill 2012 was a huge talk last year. There were in favors, and not, especially the Church. As a Christian Catholic, a part of
me understands why the Church is against it. But considering the population, economic status, and the number of single parent and early pregnancies here in the Philippines, personally, I am in favor of the amendment of the law. It will prevent overpopulation in our country and perhaps it’ll help improve our economy too. This is our country. Who have nothing much, they’re the one who keep giving birth consecutively. They have the largest members. There has to be a law, and I believe this law suits our problem. This is my belief. If it is against the Church’s ideas, I still believe there’s nothing wrong with it. We have to open our eyes. This is the reality. That’s why I am fully convinced it’s for our country’s own good.
I can’t say the church is wrong. The church is only consistent on how a son and daughters of God should gift. supposedly When two act. A child make is love, a God that given people
means they’re ready for more responsibilities. That means they’re already thinking about the probability of having children. But as I see our world, only few practices Christianity. If only, people’s attitude is like how we are supposed to be, I think I would even agree to the church and the government wouldn’t even need to propos e the law. But we really can’t deny reality. We can’t live, thinking that is how we’re supposed to be, since it’s impossible already nowadays. People need to be disciplined. Not only they’ll help themselves, well grow. but they can help our country as

As much as possible, we all want to be IT professionals. So when we say professionals, we need to have all like these values… Integrity which refers to honesty too, is of course so much needed. It is when we’re committing copyright infringement or plagiarism, we can’t own what’s not ours. We can’t lose honesty.
