Objective:

Set up and align a two-sided, folded document. Create an original company logo and use it in a brochure. Incorporate quality images. Process: I wanted to make a brochure on my grandpa and his ranch so thats were I came up with this cowboy themed brochure. I rst started out making the brochure open as if you were opening a barn. I got a wood background from the internet and then got another picture of an inside of a barn and made it look like you were in a barn. I added handles on the front and and then a horse shoe on the inside for decoration. I then a made a logo which is the text and hat on the front. I repeated that logo on the inside on one of the pictures. I then clipped out a picture of a cow and then put a text wrap around that. I added backgrounds to the text boxes so you could see the words better. On the back I added a picture of my grandpa and in photoshop made it look like it was torn and burnt. I grabbed a picture of a nail from the internet and then clipped it out and made it look like the picture was nailed in the wall. I added the hay stacks in the back for more decoration and add to the theme.

Then I incorporated the bird by making it part of the camera and adding a wing and feet. for the second logo I wanted to make a simple bird shape. I grabbed a picture off the internet and traced it with the pen tool and made the beak with a square. Then I made the text curve around the bird using the follow the path tool. For the third logo. I traced an outlining of a stick gure bird and adjusted most of it. I then added text that would be more suiting for a production company.
