1. To maintain, look after, supervise, control, monitor and other things fit and proper for the
management of the Scheduled Property.
2. To present and/or submit such deed to the office of the Registrar, Joint Registrar or SubRegistrar for registration of the same and to do all other acts required to register such
documents including swearing affidavit on my behalf.
3. To negotiate for lease, let out, as the case may be, of the rights, title interest, and easement of
the Scheduled Property to UNIQLO Social Business Bangladesh Limited.

4. From time to time to appoint any substitute or substitutes and to delegate to it/him/her or them
all or any of the powers, authorities or discretion vested in the Attorney under or by virtue
of these presents and to remove any such substitute or substitutes at pleasure and appoint
another or others in his or their place.
5. To represent us to or before any authority and individual including government, Local
Government, Statutory Bodies, Body Corporate and Arbitration Authority in all matters of
or relating to the protection or vindication of my rights in the scheduled property and the
construction, maintenance, repair, protection, renovation, development of the Scheduled
Property and to do, execute and perform all that acts, deeds and things towards engaging
Advocates, Clerks, Revenue Agents and Representatives for filling instituting suits, cases
legal proceedings, arbitration proceedings or any other matters and for defending my
rights in any of the like proceedings by third parties touching or concerning the said
purposes and to do and effect compromise in any such proceedings on terms and
conditions which the said attorney shall consider just and proper and to swear affidavit
before any Magistrate, first class, or Registering Authority or Notary Public in connection
with any matter or matters as aforesaid.

Chain of ownership:
One A. Malek, son of Abdul Motaleb become owner of the scheduled property from Ministry of
Housing and Public Works. Later his property was transferred to 1) Khalilur Rahman son of
Sultan Khandakar, 2) Abdur Rahim Khandakar, 3) Abu Jafar Khandakar, 4) Jahangir Khandakar,
no. 2-4, all sons of Khalilur Rahman, 5) Roushanara Begum, daughter of Khalilur Rahman.
Later 1) Khalilur Rahman son of Sultan Khandakar, 2) Abdur Rahim Khandakar, 3) Abu Jafar
Khandakar, 4) Jahangir Khandakar, no. 2-4, all sons of Khalilur Rahman, 5) Roushanara Begum,
daughter of Khalilur Rahman mutated their name in against the scheduled land in Govt. revenue
record vide mutation case No. 8156/94-95 dated 17.11.1994 and paying ground rent thereof.
