Shore recently hosted the 21" Annual Louis Bailey Golf Outing at the South Shore Country Club in Hingham, Mass. Proceeds from the outing, which netted more than $21,000 for the organization, will support The Arc of the South Shore and its programs for children, adults and the families of those with developmental disabilities.

WEYMOUTH' MA (July 7,2008) -The Arc of the South

"The Arc of the South Shore Louis Bailey Golf Outing was a complete success! Everyone enjoyed a wonderful day on the links while supporting our programs for children and adults with developmental disabilities," said Daryl Ann Cook, Executive Director of The Arc of the South Shore. "We would especially like to thank our sponsors and partners who contributed greatly to our success, including Falconi Companies, Weymouth Rotary, D.R.L Associates Inc., and Fallon Ambulance."

"Children and adults with developmental disabilities are an inspiration to us all," said Claudia Cuscianna, Development Director at The Arc of the South Shore. "The money raised at the tournament will go directly to them, enhancing The Arc of the South Shore's programming and development."

The Arc of the South Shore, located in Weymouth, MA, is a 501(c)(3) non-proJit organization, serving people of all ages. The Arc ofthe South Shore has been working since l95l to provide advocacy and support to children and adults with

developmental disabilities and theirfamilies. Programs include: First Early Intervention (serves eligible childrenfrom birth to three years); Harbor Industries & Employment (worlcforce services); Day Habilitation (improves independence levels andfunctional abilities); Residential Supports (provides housing options); Recreation & Family Support; and Personal Care Attendant services.
