AMY A. GEOGAN JOINS BANK OF CANTON AS CHIEF CREDIT OFFICER
Banking veteran joins Bank of Canton team
June 25,2003 (CANTON, MAFJames D. Egan, Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Canton, is pleased to announce that Amy A. Geogan has been hired as Chief Credit Officer. Based out of Bank of Canton's corporate headquarters located at490 Turnpike Street in Canton, Geogan's primary responsibility will be to manage the credit administration, portfolio management, and loan review functions of the Bank while guiding the formation and administration of the Bank's lending policies and procedures.

A 30-year veteran of the banking industry, prior to joining Bank of Canton, Geogan held a variety of lending and management positions at BankBoston, Sovereign Bank, and Rockland Trust
Company. In addition, Ms. Geogan is a past Director of the Massachusetts Certified Development Corp., The Center for Women & Enterprise, and the Urban League ofNew England.
