Press release: World Bnei Akiva hosts a Pesach holiday program with Eddies Travel in Jerusalem
Recently, World Bnei Akiva has decided to offer its alumni special and unique services, such as reunions, interactive archive, adopting new olim and year program participants etc. This year, World Bnei Akiva, in conjunction with Eddie's Travel, has decided to host a special Pesach holiday program in the Ramat Rachel Hotel in Jerusalem. The program is open to the Bnei Akiva alumni from across the globe and will have a unique Bnei Akiva atmosphere and program. World Bnei Akiva has hundreds of thousands of alumni in Israel and the Diaspora; with an estimate of one hundred thousand former members in Israel. How did a youth movement think of organizing a Pesach program for families? After receiving an e-mail regarding Bnei Akiva's 80th anniversary, David Walles, originally from Melbourne, Australia, decided to repay the movement he grew up in, and sponsor an advertisement for his business. Walles, a new Oleh (immigrant), is the V.P. and Business Manager of Eddies Travel, a travel agency targeted towards Jewish Anglo's across the world. After meeting with World Bnei Akiva's Director General, Zeev Schwartz, Walles offered to create a joint program, which will create a source of income for the movement.

Zeev Schwartz, World Bnei Akiva's Director General said, "I would like to personally invite every Bnei Akiva boger (alumni) to spend Pesach with Bnei Akiva in Jerusalem. By spending Pesach with us, you will also be supporting Bnei Akiva's Religious Zionist activities, so we will be able to continue our educational work around the globe."

What is planned for the quests at this special Pesach program? Unique independent Bnei Akiva style Seder or Private Seder option, Exciting Tiyulim (trips) to local sights with tour guides, Bnei Akiva Machaneh (camp) activities for children, Bnei Akiva style Tish and nostalgic Mifkad opening ceremony, second day Chag for those keeping 2 days, intriguing Shiurim & Lectures by renowned scholars in residence and lots more.
