PERSPECTIVE In this today’s world of competition, only the fittest can survive. Many organizations are preparing themselves to exceed on-going customer demand, by involving their employees and the suppliers, in continual improvement. The key factor is upgrading one’s own knowledge, by learning new skills and working in teams.
