NATURE OF WORK AND LEARNING
Helping the department in recruitment and selection process for Food Hall. Creating and maintaining personal files for newly joined employees. Helping newly joined employees in completing joining formalities according to company policy. Making power point presentations for HR manager. Employee engagement activities.
WEEK WISE- WORK UNDERTAKEN
WEEK 1 Recruitment and selection process. Telephoned around 100 prospective candidates. Maintaining records of newly joined employees. Collected details of around 100 colleges in Karnataka and contacted the placement coordinators.
WEEK 2
WEEK 3
Did customer interaction and customer handling. Helped the VM for the preparations of Big Day. Worked on the floor. Helped newly joined employees in creating a bank account as per company policy. Collected and classified the details from the employees for placing the order for uniform.

LEARNINGS AND OUTCOMES
•Organization's point of view. •Importance of time management. •Punctuality.
•Employee expectation.
•Proper behavior in an organization. •How to handle customers.
VALUE ADDITIONS
•Gained work experience.
•Interacted with various senior Industry profession •Learning by doing.
•Helped in improving the interpersonal skills.
LIMITATIONS.
•Time was limited and therefore I had to leave pre-maturely before the completion of the assignme •Mainly office work.
