WEEK 1 Recruitment and selection process. Telephoned around 100 prospective candidates. Maintaining records of newly joined employees. Collected details of around 100 colleges in Karnataka and contacted the placement coordinators.

Did customer interaction and customer handling. Helped the VM for the preparations of Big Day. Worked on the floor. Helped newly joined employees in creating a bank account as per company policy. Collected and classified the details from the employees for placing the order for uniform.
