Dear Parents, Assalamu
alaikum
A Parent / Teacher Meeting for Classes VII, VIII & IX will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2013, insha’allah. The meeting will start at 9:30 am. and will finish at 12:30 noon, providing you an opportunity to meet briefly with some of your child’s teachers. Please ensure that your child accompanies you in complete School uniform.
A bell will ring every five minutes to indicate the start and end of your allocated time with the teacher. Please ensure a changeover at each bell. If you feel you need more time with any teacher, please make an appointment for a later date. We are sending out an Appointment Sheet with your child. Please write the names of the faculty members you would like to meet in the space provided on the appointment sheet. Your child will, in turn, get the appointments from the concerned teachers and show you the Appointment Sheet, which will guide you during the PTM.

that
you
may
not
want
to
meet
all
the
teachers
if
you
don’t
feel
the
need.
On
the
other
hand,
any
teacher
might
want
to
meet
you
if
he/she
has
any
concerns,
and
the
child
would
be
informed
accordingly.
However,
it
is
mandatory
for
each
child
to
have
appointments
with
atleast
five
teachers.
