6th slide: Logo

 Business Logo
It identify the business in its simplest form by using the partnership name. The sole has an
imprinted initials “CS”, which stands for Chinell’r Shoe and below the partnership name is
the tagline. We just want our logo to be simple and memorable, being effective even without

color because it allows easy recognition, by positioning the logo in the minds of their
potential customers. How the logo looks like depends not only by creativity but also by how
the customers want to feel with its product.
 Product Logo
it represents the exact idea of the main product of the business. The color black
symbolizes the typical school shoes and it highlights the slippers inside which resembles
the shoe in shape or use, or in particular. It was designed to convey/express a sense of
motion and to illustrate the uniqueness of the product. Also, this logo is prominent
everywhere where students exist.

starting to do their business by the help of the Online Shops.

It shows that most of the respondents prefer to wear slippers when it is raining. Also,
most of the respondents choose to bring slippers in case of heavy rain rather than not

bringing one because their shoes get wet and it gets damaged.
19th slide: Factors that affects Demand
A. Price
There is an inverse relationship between price and quantity demanded. If the price of the
product will increase, the quantity demanded will decrease as satisfaction from a product
will fall due to rise in its price.
B. Income Effect
The demand for goods also depends upon the income of the consumers. An increase in
income allows them to be able to afford more goods. Higher income could occur for a
variety of reasons, such as higher wages.

C. Diminishing Marginal Utility
As the consumers tend to utilize its goods up until it is fully diminish, the people then
purchases another goods as a replacement.
D. Substitution Goods
Consumers are more likely to purchase goods that possess the same quality as to the one
he previously purchase if its price is high enough for his budget to procure.
E. Complementary Goods
A good or service that is used in conjunction with another good or service. Usually, the
complementary good has little to no value when consumed alone but when combined
with another good or service, it adds to the overall value of the offering. Also goods tend
to have more value when paired with a complement that it does with itself. Thus, in our
shoes socks is our complementary product.
F. Population
A growth in population will result to a greater market demand in which consumers are
expected to accumulate more goods. The demand for goods is doubled the number of
people.
G. Taste and Preference
Consumers have their own desires when deciding which product should be choose.
Basically, people tend to vary in many ways such as their taste and preference to a certain
goods which directly influence the demand for a product. People will buy based on their
own preferred standards that will satisfy them.
H. Future Price Expectation
The price of the goods rise due to economic factors. The rise in the price of a product as
time goes by is called Inflation. If the consumer may want to buy a certain goods in the
future he must first be able to foresee at what price is the product sold at the time he is
willing to buy it. If it is much higher in the future, it is advisable to buy it now.

22nd slide: GAP Analysis
The highest demand in the market is the 32 respondents out of 100. Under the 32
respondents preferred different brand of shoes. 9 which buys from Mario D’ Boro, 8 which buys
from Bristol, 4 which buys from Crocs and 4 which buys from Hush Puppies. The partnership
believes that this 32% of population in the target market can be penetrated, but among this 7%
some of the respondents chose other brand.

2nd floor
Head Offices
Each of the 4(four) heads (Marketing, Production, Sales and Accounting) will have their
own office as well as the general manager. These offices are the General Manager’s
Office, Accounting Manager’s Office, Production Manager’s Office, Sales Manager’s
Office, and Marketing Office which are all located at the second floor. The General
Manager’s Office is concerned in overseeing the firm as well as the day-to-day operations
of the business.
The Accounting Manager’s Office will handle the establishing of budgets with the client
and company as well as to meet the time deadlines for accounts.
The Production Manager’s Office will make sure that the manufacturing process and
production lines are running smoothly and efficiently and ensures that the correct amount
is produced at the right cost and level of quality.

The Sales Manager’s Office will manage the sales planning which involves strategy,
setting profit-based sales targets, quotas, sales forecasting, demand management and the
writing and execution of a sales plan.
The Marketing Office will identify trends and collect data required by the company to
perform accurate marketing analysis.
Conference Room
The Conference room will be located at the second floor which is near to the manager’s
office. The conference hall or conference room will be the place for events such
as business conferences and meetings, which will be used for important discussions
regarding on the business affairs. The facility provides furniture, overhead projectors,
lighting, and a sound system.
Pantry/Kitchen
There will be a kitchen, which includes dining room and pantry. It was designed for all
the workers and employees during their break times such as lunch break and snack break.
They can cook and even prepare their own foods.
Comfort Room
To avoid any inconvenience, there will be a separate comfort rooms for male and female
which will be located at each floor. Each comfort room includes one or more toilets and
urinals which is available for use by the employees.
31st slide: Social Desirability
The social desirability aspect of this feasibility study shows the benefits that can be
derived from the establishment of the proposed business. This chapter discusses the relevance
and applicability of the proposed business in enhancing and improving the standard of living of
people in a particular society, community development, lowering of prices of competitive
products, use of local materials and the benefits that may be derived directly or indirectly to the

community and other businesses establishments and the possible effects to the economy. Seeing
these concerns, the proponents made sure that they would not only operate to earn money but to
give the society a product that is helpful and affordable. Welfare of the people will be put at their
top most priority.

Contribution to the Philippine Economy
Every business establishment will be of great help for the growth and development of the
Philippine economy. This will only be possible if every firm will be responsible enough to
perform their duties and obligations to the customers, to the community and to the government.
Chinell’r Shoe Company will definitely contribute additional earnings to our government
by means of paying right taxes. Through this, the government can able to perform its functions
well, including continuous support and assistance to the business industry.

Employment Generation
The Chinell’r Partnership will help lessen the growing numbers of unemployed Filipinos
by providing job opportunities to the people, most especially to the community of Marikina.
The management are going to recruit, employ and train employees for them to perform
the jobs needed. Our business are looking forward to help the municipality of Marikina and the
government in maximizing our human resources.

The proponents also aims to give emphasis on how our workers will attain new skills
through trainings that they can relate to their independent living, their preparation for works and
maintaining a genuine employment.

Environmental Considerations
Chinell’r Partnership will assure that the production of our school shoes will not damage
or harm the environment. The equipment are environmental friendly wherein they are used
manually.
The company makes sure that our garbage’s and other wastes are properly disposed and
to be gathered by the garbage collector.
All the activities that the company will perform are not just about quality check but also
for environmental reasons. Our business aim to develop and produce product which do not harm
the environment.
Our company is aware on their sense of responsibility in serving the communities, and
are much more focusing on the quality, quantity and safety of the product that produce. The
major goal of our company is to achieve a good result on what we do.

Consumer Satisfaction
Providing our consumers with helpful advice about our product and their choice of shoes
regarding the benefits and accessibility that they would receive with our product and ensuring
quality for customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Society
The society will have added a business that is diverse from other shoe manufacturing
businesses and would add a variety and competition in the market making a more efficient
economy in the surrounding area and being able to supply products that first would be
exclusively made in the area.
