Following on from the success of the previous series
I am pleased to introduce the third CPD Series
of seminars which will take place across the UK
from September 2013 to January 2014. Over 5,300
delegates attended the seminars in the Spring
series, making the most of this local, low cost and
affordable CPD.
Again the events in this new series are tailored to individual regions
and provide a breadth of topics to meet the requirements of the
CPD policy and to help with your professional development.
Further opportunity for CPD and networking with like-minded
professionals in your region is available at your region’s CPD Day,
details of which are also on this flyer. This multi-discipline conference
again provides great value for money with a choice of sessions to
really tailor the day to your requirements.
For more information on the CPD Autumn Series, the CPD Day or
any other conferences please contact the RICS Conferences team

Richard Moxon
Chairman, RICS UK
Welcome to the RICS
CPD Series of Seminars
“We have found the RICS CPD events to have an
excellent range of topics. These have always been
beneficial to our graduates, with the quality of information
and knowledge provided being the highest at very
reasonable cost. I would strongly recommend these
events for any professional in our industry.”
Tim Bunker FRICS IRRV, Partner, Ryden
“The pace of change in our markets has only quickened
since the recession so to have the ability to attend
relevant and topical presentations right here on my
doorstep in Edinburgh means that the RICS organised
CPD Series now forms an important part of my
continuous learning requirements.”
Gregor Martin, Investment Surveyor, Eric Young & Co.
“The depth and breadth of the CPD series allows the
City of Edinburgh Council’s surveyors to update their
knowledge and skills on a wide range of topics whilst
minimising the time that they are taken away from
their roles looking after the City of Edinburgh’s built
infrastructure. Signing up to the CPD series has helped
Edinburgh become the first Scottish local authority to
achieve Investors In People Gold status.”
Craig Lamont, Edinburgh Council
