Here’s all you have to do! First check the list of items and mark the ones that appeal to you. Listen to the Auction on the Radio. At 8:30 a.m. the Special Clarion Rotary Switchboard opens and will remain open until 3:00 p.m. Phone 393-1704 and give your bid amount for the item you desire to the bid taker along with the item number and your bidder number or your name and phone number. A Rotary Club member will immediately inform you of the highest bid up to the moment. Please reduce your talking to a minimum so others will have an opportunity to bid before the period closes. Your bid will be verified by phone if you are the high bidder. You were not the high bidder if you do not receive a confirmation call. You can pay for, and pick up your Merchandise Certificate from 1-5 pm, Sunday, March 7 at the Clarion Chamber Office located at 21 North 6th Ave., Clarion (226-9161). MasterCard and Visa are accepted. YOU MUST HAVE A CERTIFICATE TO PICK-UP MERCHANDISE. The certificate must be redeemed at the establishment of the merchant that donated the merchandise within 60 days of the auction unless otherwise specified. Auction purchases are FINAL! Pre-assigned auction numbers are available now to save time the day of the auction. To receive your pre-assigned number, call 226-9161 until Friday, March 5. You may also pre-register by calling the Rotary Auction switchboard at 393-1704 from 8:00AM to 8:30AM on Auction Day, Saturday, March 6.
