RWA Families -2010 Auction

We hope everyone is having a wonderful 2010. It’s hard to believe that in just a few months the 2010 Richard Winn Academy Auction will be here! Please mark your calendar for April 17th, 6:00 PM, at the Old Armory, Winnsboro. This is the time of the year that we are focused on getting our donated items into RWA. We have already had some outstanding donations, including: family beach vacations, father/son and mother/daughter activities, an array of beautiful framed artwork, electronics, home decorating items, hunting and fishing adventures, and lots more. If you have items you would like to donate, please leave them with Krista in the RWA office. Don’t forget to pick up your tax write off form while you are there! There will be something for everyone that night. We will have artwork created by our students, available for bid, along with raffles for an amazing trip as well as other exciting items! Of course, the popular silent and live auctions are back along with an impressive menu. For more information, please check us out at the RWA website. From the home page, just click on “auction” for additional details. We have a few of our Eagle Sponsor tables available. Each table seats 8 people in the front area of the Armory. The name of your company or group will be displayed on a large banner in the auction house and listed in the auction program. The purchaser of the table becomes eligible for special door prizes. In addition, your company or group name will be included on all auction material circulating throughout the school. An eagle sponsor table is $500.00. If you are interested in a table, please contact an auction committee member or the RWA office. The tables are on a first come, first served basis. There are a limited number of tables available, so act fast! In February, we will be selling Talon Sponsors and Early Bird General Admission tickets. Please refer to an auction committee member, or contact the school for more details. Money raised from this year’s auction will be used for enhancements in three areas: academics, athletics and facilities. We want to thank you for supporting this major fund raising endeavor, because without YOU this event would not be possible.
