Dill sauce

Ingredient list, based on 10 people 500 g fresh salmon fillet skinless Lemon juice 60 g spring onions Chives 2 dspn capers Olive oil Salt, freshly-ground pepper 

Ingredient list, based on 10 people 800 g parboiled potatoes 100 g onions Nutmeg Salt, freshly-ground pepper 

Ingredient list, based on 10 people 300 g crème fraîche Fresh dill Juice of 1/2 lemon Salt, freshly-ground pepper  Method: Stir chopped dill and lemon juice into the crème fraîche and mix until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Method: Remove any bones from the salmon fillet, clean and cut into small dice. Finely chop chives and spring onions, and mix with the salmon together with the capers, lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Method: Peel potatoes and cut into fine strips. Season with finely chopped onions, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Then prepare individual portions in the Multibaker. Recommended accessories: Multibaker
