SAP Quality Management (QM) is an integral part of the
logistics function and is fully integrated with
complementary components including
Materials Management (MM), Plant Maintenance (PM),
and Production Planning (PP) within the SAP system.

The QM module’s internal functions do not directly interact with
the data or processes of other modules.
