Most of the time, school going children are attracted and invited to participate in using drugs and without even having any knowledge about the side effects of drugs, school children will be habituated to the regular dose of drugs. This is why, school district drug policies have been launched to protect innocent school children to stay away from drug addition or from drug abuse and also to keep the premises of school to be safe and vigilant on all occasions. In case, some school children without taking note of school drug policies, get used to the regular purchase or periodical purchase of drugs, they will have to pay penalties and will have to go through the procedures of court until they prove to be innocent by the court authorities. It should be stated here that courts will never consider leniently for such grave mistakes and will definitely take a serious action against those who worked on such drug schemes and also those who have consumed drugs. This is a very common problem which is why, school authorities are very careful at every point of time, to stay away from such serious problems which leave an impact on the reputation of the school. Over the years, United States has been witnessing lot of alcohol and drug problems from students and this is why, United States has taken a serious action in incorporating drug and alcohol policies which are very strict and punishments for any kind of misbehavior will include offcampus and out-of-school behavior. Every jurisdiction and school district has several drug and alcohol policies, to protect school children and also to punish those who are promoting such unhealthy and unwarranted programs in school campuses. Once if any one in the school campus is identified as user of drugs, immediately they will be requested to give a sample of urine and after receiving the urine report, a suitable court judgment and order will be issued to the student. Therefore, this once again reiterates a fact that schools always practice discipline and order and expect students to adhere to the same. When such unhealthy practice is found, immediately, an action will be taken by the school district drug policies. Therefore students have to be safeguarded at all levels.
