Dear Sir/Madam,
I am pleased to inform you that JIMS is organizing its Xth International Conference in association
with the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) and the Konrad Adenauer
Stiftung (KAS), Germany on Saturday, 14th Feb 2015. The Conference will provide a unique
opportunity for world renowned members of academia, corporate heads, thought leaders and
opinion makers to interact and provide fresh perspectives on the various themes related to
the Conference topic : -“Building Tomorrow’s Organizations - Leadership, Management and
Diversity”.
I would like to take this opportunity to briefly introduce JIMS and the Conference partners :
Jagannath International Management School (JIMS) Kalkaji, New Delhi, functions under the aegis
of the Jagannath Gupta Memorial Educational Society, a non-profit registered organization, which
has been imparting high quality professional education since 1993. Our campus at Kalkaji, has over
time developed into a reputed center of excellence for conduct of research and consultancy services
for the private and public sector organizations. Our sustained focus on improving the quality of our
academic deliverables; has resulted in accreditation of our institute with the ISO: 9001-2008

has a collaboration with PHDCCI for joint conduct of events such as Workshops, Seminars
and Conferences. This conference is one in a series of such mega events being jointly conducted
by both organizations.
Our international partner in this prestigious endeavour is the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung
(KAS), which is a German foundation committed to fostering democracy and the rule of law,
implementing social and market – economic structures and promoting human rights the world
over.
We invite you to contribute to the success of the Conference by sponsoring some of the items of
expenditure/events. Any contribution you decide to make we shall value immensely as it will go a
long way in meeting our budgeted requirement as well as contribute to overall success of this
prestigious event. The proposed budget for organizing and holding the conference is approx Rs.10
lakhs the details of which are enclosed herewith.
The participants at the Conference will be eminent personalities from industry and academia and
students from various professional colleges and institutes Your organization will have a unique
