Steps to take backup of Zimbra mails 1. Login to webmail with your credential. 2. Go to preferences
3. Go to Import export
4. Click on export to take backup, it will ask you for location. Save the file in .tgz format.
5. Which can be later accessible via Lotus Notes/Thunderbird/MS Outlook.
