  Sikorsky Global Helicopters   Lead/A & P technician   Performed main rotor head; tail rotor gearbox, intermediate gearbox, main rotor swash plate maintenance on Sikorsky S-76 models and S-92A helicopters. Performed quick and full flight control rigs. Troubleshot electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems. Remove and replace engines. Rigged T/R control cables system. Pressure checked and packed floats and rafts on main and nose landing gear doors. Remove and replace landing gears. Performed three month, six month and yearly inspections. Removed and replace Honeywell auxiliary power unit on S-92. Removed and Replace tail pylon on S-92. Installed rafts on S-92A model. Removed and replaces CT7-8 General electric engines. Performed bore scope inspections in engines. Modified S-92A model for rain and ice protection system. Removed and replace hydraulics modules, pneumatic bleed valves, ramp door hydraulic actuators.   05/08-08/08   Aerotek/Jetblue Airways   Implemented TRAX software at JetBlue's Airways. It included Production, Planning, Tech Records, Engineering, Training, Materials Mgmt, Document Mgmt, Tech Pubs, modules. Entered data (EO, EA and SB's), so the maintenance can track AD, SB, Job Cards (single/work pack), hard time, life limits, and employee licenses, training records. Validated data for maintenance; provided technical support for JetBlue's maintenance personnel at other stations.
