Engineering Technologist I am currently a Field Service Engineer responsible for the support and maintena nce of the Multi Targeting System (MTS) utilized by various organizations within the US Military. Due to the nature of the customer's needs and requirements I must also be able travel with minimal notice to state side sites and forward dep loyed sites to provide timely and accurate support. This, at times, requires ex tended periods of stay. As a Field Service Engineer my job duties include, but not limited to, the following tasks: * I have successfully maintained one forward deployed maintenance repair site , and one state side site over the course of the last 3 years, while being deplo yed no less than 1 years; * Inventory on site assets; * Perform data entrees; * Generate weekly and monthly reports; * Test and trouble shoot MTS; * Trouble shoot circuit card assemblies (CCA); * Remove and replace circuit card assemblies; * Diagnose FPGA faults; * Load FPGAs; * Perform software loads and upgrades; * Utilize FTP software; * Utilize telnet and associated software; * Perform preventative maintenance on assigned assets; and * Having prior military experience allows me to understand the working enviro nment and allowed for a very good and successful working relationship. Shawnee County Public Works/Dept. Road Maintenance. 2006-2008 Laborer. I worked for two years as a laborer heavy equipment hauler/operator. During the se two years I completed the following tasks: * Hauling heavy equipment. Such as back hoes, front end loaders bulldozers, ski d steers; * Responsible for the transport, unloading, operating and loading in a safe and fast manor; * Drive dump trucks to haul various material, such as dirt, rock, asphalt and va rious materials; * Maintain all county road during winter including plowing and salting and sandi ng the roads; * Lay rock on gravel driveways; * Lay drainage pipe; * Drainage ditch repair; * Asphalt, chip and seal major roads; and * Asphalt public driveways. Licenses * Class A CDL - includes Tanker Endorsement. United States Army 2001-2006 M1 Abrams Crew Member I served four years in the United States Army. I participated in OIF 1 and OIF 3. I was an Abrams Crew member, and quickly advanced threw the positions on the Abrams, to a leadership position. I have more than two years of combat related experience. I was also cross-trained as a scout prior to the second time in th eatre. As an M1 Abrams Crew Member, job duties consisted of, but were not limit ed to, the following tasks: * US Army trained preventative maintenance procedures specialist; * Reporting status of integrated EO systems; * Recording bore sight procedures; * Responsible for EO operator level training and maintenance on the M1 Abrams; * Was involved in system integration programs on the M1 A2 that assisted in forc e modernization including the BFT, FPCB2, and the commander's independent viewin g station; and * Attended the national training facility in Frt. Erwin to assist in field testi ng of modifications. Delaney Construction 2000-2001 Laborer Operated and maintained heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, back hoes, dump tru cks, and steel drum rollers.
