1. Telecommunication Management Essentials Objectives: Providing an insight to the Telecommunication Management and its fundamentals. Telecom management is what enables an operator to manage communication networks/ infrastructure, services, regulatory environment and customers as well as their relationships. When it works well, it enables operators to focus on what really counts: their customers and service offerings.
