Notice is hereby given by Rhian Holly Booth of Warren House, The Salterns, Tenby, Pembrokeshire SA70 7NJ that on the 24th May 2016 an application was made to Pembrokeshire County Council for the grant of a premises licence. The application is in respect of Pembrokeshire Pasty and Pie Shop, 1 George Street, Tenby SA70 7JB and can be inspected between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Friday at the Licensing Section, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest SA61 1TP by prior arrangements. The application relates to the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between 10:00 hours and 19:00 hours. Consumption will also take place in accordance with Tenby Town Cafe Culture permissions. Any representations to Pembrokeshire County Council in respect of the application should be made to Mrs Charlotte Mathias, Senior Licensing Officer, Licensing Department, public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest SA61 1TP. Those representations must be made in writing by 21st June 2016 clearly stating the grounds upon which representations are made relevant to the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a fine.
