This diet is mainly based on the disociation of water from food. Additionally, for gaining an improvement in the metabolic process, it is possible to apply a quantitative and qualitative modification of foods consumed. As an overall guidance, the following rules must be followed: Daily eating and drinking routine: Breakfast from the moment you wake up, until with 30 minutes before having the breakfast you must drink at least 1.5 litters of plain water. After having breakfast you do not drink any liquid (except coffee, if you like it) for at least 2 hours, then you drink at least 1,5 litters of plain water. Lunch With 30 minutes before having lunch you stop drinking water. During lunch you do not have any liquid ( except a glass of wine or other apperitive drink you like) . After having lunch you do not drink any liquid (except for a cup of coffee or tea, if you like it) for at least 2 hours, then you drink at least 1,5 litters of plain water. Dinner With 30 minutes before having dinner you stop drinking water. During dinner you do not have any liquid ( except a glass of wine or other apperitive drink you like) . After having dinner you do not drink any liquid (except for a cup of coffee or tea, if you like it) for at least 2 hours, then you drink at least 1,5 litters of plain water up until the moment you go to sleep. Recommendations for diet s efficiency: The wake-up time should be at 05.00 hrs in the morning, or no later than 06.00 hrs. It is also advisable to have a 20 minutes walk before starting the morning wash-up and having breakfast. The optimal time for having breakfast is between 07.00 08.00 AM In the afternoon, between 04.00-06.00 PM, it is recommended to have a 45 minutes walk. The foods chosen for the meals should be roughly balanced to match the following percentages: 30% vegetables, 20% cereals, 20% fruits, 20% meat, 10% dairy products and sweets. The quantity of consummed foods can be progressively decreased as follows: o For an easier drinking, you can add lemmon juice or sliced lemmon in the water I recommended above to be drank.You should not add sugar or other sweeters. For diversity, you can have tonic water sometimes. o During breakfast, you can eat 100% out of the quantity of food you usually used to eat before starting this diet. If you didn t use to have breakfast before, from now one you have to eat as a breakfast all the food you used to eat, as a snack, at a later hour in the morning. o During lunch, you eat 75% out of the quantity of food you usually used to eat before starting this diet. o During dinner, you eat 50% out quantity of food you usually used to eat before starting this diet.

The hunger sensations between the main meals can be dissipated having a glass of water or 1-2 fruits, or a small pack of some peanuts, nuts, wallnuts or other seeds or a combination of them. You cannot have juices, cakes or other snacks or chips . Refined sugar must be reduced to half of the quantity you used to have usually in coffee, tea or milk. It is preferred to assimilate your sugar from the fruits and vegetables you eat as meals. Table salt it has to be reduced to half of the quantity you used to consumme. You should avoid to add salt to the already existent one in the cooked food or raw vegetables. It is reccomended to use black pepper to compensate for the salt you renounce to spice your food. It also advisable that the oil should be used mainly in salads, the vegetables should mainly be consummed boildes or raw, and the meat to be served grilled or boiled. If, due to some reasons, you have broken the above mentioned prescriptions, there is no reason for feeling guilty, concerned or sad. There is no serious problem. After the eating or drinking abuse, instead of losing time with remorses, regrets or reproaches, you should only increase the quantity of water I reccomended above to be drank before, between and after meals. This increase in water, together with a decrease in the quantity of foods ingested during meals had after the excess, will help your organism to assimilate the surplus foods and get rid faster of toxins.

After 2 weeks of applying this diet you can see on yourself noticeable results of brought forth by the changes made by you in water consumption pattern and in the quantity and quality of food eaten. From now on, you can modify at will the reccomendations made above, depending on what you want to achieve for yourself in terms of weight, outer aspect or internal balance. In achieving your own desires, you should keep in mind the following specifications, as a guidance: More water and lemmon between meals will accelerate the process of detoxification and maintains a better cellular electrolytic medium. Associated with more movement, this can lead to a rapid balancing of the organism through losing the excess of mass due to the water consumption and movement increase while maintaining unchanged the quantity of food ingested as meals. More food ingested and less water drank will favour the accumulation of nutrients (growth). But, as a secondary effect, the toxins from excess foods might be assimilated as well. This can be also countered with more movement, which in turn will favour cellular energy burnings and accelerates the metabolic rate.
