Yes, they have 8 million followers on Instagram and 36 million likes on Facebook making them very popular. They interact with their followers on all their social media mediums. They also create incentives to entice the viewers to purchase their product. They care about selling and making relationships with their viewers. How could they improve their social media presence? They could show more variety of products such as muffins, sandwiches, tea and pastries. They do not include promotions in their social media. They could also include real Starbucks customers.
