4.2 Tracks
At Track module, you can view the unit track on map with points of messages. Each point stores speed, coordinates, date and time.

8

Track can be displayed by single color (no speed criteria) or by speed level with different colors. It’s easy to recognize the unit’s speed so that you can know where and when the unit over speeds with visual map.

4.3 My Places (POI)
My Places allows marking points of interest on the map. You can add image (upload your own photo or select from Image Library) and description for each point. How to Create a New Place Press the New Place button. Double-click on a point on map to locate the place. Input data in the required fields and press OK. The creation of a POI is done.

How to Create a Geofence Press the Create Geofence button, a window pops up for you to enter the data. Choose geofence type on the left: line, polygon or circle. Then map the geofence.

Usage While Tracking Online If a unit is situated in a geofence, unit info will display geofence data. Routes Control Line-shaped geofences with control points can be used to control routes. Notifications You can be notified by e-mail, SMS, or online when your unit leaves a geofence or enters a geofence. See Notifications. Reports Geofences can be used in Rides and Unfinished Rides reports as addresses (in the Location column), if Geofences as address source is checked. 10

4.5 Jobs
A job is a set of actions which are performed by schedule. A job can be instruction execution, sending reports by e-mail or sending notification by email or SMS. There are 7 Job types: Execute a command over a unit, Reset GPRS traffic counter, Modify users access level, Send fuel information by email or SMS, Send a report by email, Assign route, and Remove route. To create a new job, press Create Job button. Choose job type and fill in the necessary data in the shown tabs.

4.6 Notifications
A notification alerts you about any activity such as speeding, location, sensors values, etc. It can be delivered by e-mail or SMS, shown online in a popup window or just registered in the system to be included later in the report. There are 12 Notification types: Geofence control, Speed control, Alarm button trigger, Digital input activation/deactivation, Message parameter control, Sensor value control, Connection or coordinates loss, Idles, SMS control, Route control, Driver control, and Routine servicing.

11

Geofence control Select geofence control type: control entries to or exits from geofence(s). Also, you can set trigger case with speed limitations or sensor value range inside (outside) geofence. Alarm button trigger Alarm button notification alerts you while the indicated trigger is activated. Message parameter control Four control types are provided: value range, text mask, parameter availability, and parameter lack. Connection loss It can be a simple connection loss which registers cases when no satellites lock the unit during a period of time. SMS control You can receive a notification when a certain SMS message comes.

Speed control Define the minimum and/or maximum speed values. If a unit goes out of this range, the notification will trigger.

Digital input activation/deactivation Specify the number of digital input and select control type: trigger on input activation or deactivation. Sensor value control Preset minimum and maximum values, indicate if you want similar sensors to be summed or calculated separately. Idles Idles control speed and time. You should indicate Speed more than 0 km/h in and time allowed for staying. Route control You can select route statuses to control: route start, route finish, route interrupt, arrival to control point, control point skip, departure from control point, entrance to geofence, exit from geofence.

Driver control This allows you to control deriver assignment or driver reset.

Routine servicing Select trigger type: notify when service term approaches or notify when service term is expired. Then indicate the interval.

Notification Text The text of notification can be written in any language, contain any characters, words and phrases. Large messages are ideal for e-mail notifications. For SMS notifications, it is better to form more compact messages.

12

4.7 Routes Control
Route Control is used to track units which go along the route with control points and predefined schedule. To monitor how a Route Control with 5 stop points, for example, is executed, you need to: 1. Create a route based on this geofence (give it a name, assign to needed unit(s). 2. If route is created by a line-shaped geofence, the control point schedule should follow the route direction and cannot go reverse direction. 3. Mark 5 control points on map. Move the mouse cursor over the points and press New control point button to assign the schedule. 4. Monitor how the route is accomplished.

4.8 Units
At Units module, you can view, create and edit a unit info. It can include: General profile info., Unit image, Add sensor info, Custom fields creation, Trip detection identification, Fuel consumption parameter, and Maintenance service interval setting. To create a Unit, you can press Create Unit and fill in the necessary tabs.

The manual assignment can be done by using Bind/unbind switch button Press the button Bind to unit and choose one of two options: Bind to unit or Register working shift. The first option is used if the assignment must be registered right in the moment. The second is used to fix driver’s work shift. 5. Report
Reports can be generated and viewed with map real-time monitoring at the same time. You can export reports in formats like PDF, XML, XLS (Excel), HTML and CSV.

Report type: Report name Chat Chronology Connection Problems Counter Sensors Custom Fields Digital Sensors Description This report unites commands of the kind Send message to driver and replied got from the driver. This report gives information about all actions and changes in unit state during the indicated period of time. This report lists cases when connection with server or satellites was lost. This shows the operation of counter type sensors. The table Custom fields represents the list of custom fields entered in the corresponding tab of unit properties dialog. Usually, digital sensors have two states: on/off, activated/deactivated, busy/free and so on. For example, it can be ignition sensor or cargo load sensor. Engine Hours Events Executed Commands Fuel Fillings Engine hours report shows working activity of a unit, its productivity and utilization and some more things. Events registered by the system can be shown in this report. This kind or report gives a list of commands sent to a unit and successfully executed. This report shows where and when a vehicle was filled up. 16

Fuel Theft Geofence Maintenance Non-visited Geofence Parkings Rides Route Points Routes Sensor Tracing

This report is aimed to show all thefts - when, where and how much fuel was stolen. This report shows when and how often a unit visited different geofences. The table contains the list of service works done during the indicated period. This report gives the list of geofences which were not visited during the indicated period of time. This report shows parking info. with satisfaction of preset speed, time and location change parameters. A ride is a travel from one point (called ride beginning) to another (called ride ending). Route points are control points indicated when creating a geofence for a route. Routes assigned to unit and events were stored in unit history. If tracing interval is indicated, the system will search and display sensor value from the message which is the closest to the necessary point in time.

SMS Messages Speeding Stops

This report gives possibility to view all SMS messages receives from a unit in a specified period. Speeding report shows speed limit violations. A stop is two or more consecutive messages with a zero speed. If total time of such a stop reaches Minimum parking time, it is registered as a parking (not a stop).

Trips Unfinished Rides

This report shows time, duration, speed, driver, mileage, start / final location of the unit and engine hour. Unfinished Ride is a ride when a unit left a beginning-ride geofence and after a while entered a beginning-ride geofence again.
