PRE-CHECK TO BE DONE BEFORE SENDING TRANSFER/ CLOSURE REQUEST
The Branches/ Franchisees are hereby advised to do the following pre-check before sending the requests for transfer/ closure of trading accounts to enable us to process the requests expeditiously. 1. 2. 3. Ledger Balance in the clients’ account (should have Nil/ Credit balance) No stock of the client is held in our Pool account. Incase the client is having SSL DP, the DP account is either closed or request for the closure of DP account is forwarded along with the requests of the closure of Trading account. 4. The client should unmark the lien on funds and securities created in favour of SBICAP Securities Ltd. before applying for closure of the Trading Account.

Further please note that the POA given to SBICAP Securities Ltd. for operating the BO Account No. stands revoked on closure of the account. I request you to make full and final settlement of my account and credit the securities due to me, if any, to my designated demat a/c. Yours faithfully,
