We have offered our advanced design Tri‐lobe blowers. These are energy efficient and has many technical

¾ Lower power consumption, thus tremendous saving on power consumption.

¾ Low pulsations, thus the process plant gets pulsation free air
¾ High operating efficiencies
¾ Compliance to the most stringent International standards API‐619/ISO‐10440/BS‐1571
¾ Compliance to the European Standard of machinery directive, thus compiling to the safety and
hazardous requirements of European standards.
¾ Six nos. of bearings which includes two additional thrust bearing, thus thrust loads are taken care.
¾ Computer generated rotor profiles thus high volumetric efficiencies.
¾ The blowers have six strokes as against four strokes in Twin‐lobe.
¾ Much lower vibration thus trouble free operation.
¾ Double acting metallic seals
¾ The blowers are CE marked.
Swam is today the country’s largest blower manufacturing company with blowers upto 65,000 M3/hr. with
over 45000 installation & presence in over 12 countries.
Swam has plants equipped with CNC machines and having in‐house testing facility 1200KW motive power and
has manufacturing facility of over 120 Nos. of blowers per month. Therefore we assure to deliver the blowers

OTHER SALIENT FEATURES
The blowers are fitted with sealing system of advance design and of fail proof
performance for oil free conveyance. The sealing system consists of Labyrinth seal
along with metallic centrifuge disc & neutral chamber.
The blowers design & construction is in compliance to international standards like
API-619 / BS-1571/ ISO-10440.
The air delivered is completely oil free.
The blower is low speed, ruggedly, built and is suitable for continuous operation and
requires very less maintenance.

Nil against Form ‘H’, otherwise C.S.T. would be charged @2% with form

40% advance with order and balance against proforma invoice before
dispatch or documents through bank. This, however, can be discussed.
7-11 months after receipt of your firm order with advance and approval
of drawings and other documents, whichever is later. This is normal
delivery and can be improved in case of urgent requirement and can be
phased in 2 or 3 lots depending on your project schedule. This is
however subject to force majure conditions.
The testing of equipment would be done at our works as per BS-1571
Part-II for determining capacity and pressure, prior to dispatch. Test
reports would be furnished. The charges for performance witness shall
be extra and would be separately furnished.
The equipment is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12
months from the date of supply. This is, however, subject to our
standard warrantee condition.
Our offer is valid for 60 days and thereafter, it is subject to our
confirmation in writing.
We can depute our engineer for supervision of commissioning if required
at extra and furnished on hearing from you.
We can arrange transit Insurance of the equipment if required at nominal
extra @1%.
