The Legends of BOB Prologue: The universe is made of 6 planets Bob, Mazinia, Contra, Xoloantra, Binesia, and Anoyamba. BOB: Bob is the biggest planet on the universe. Out the 6 planets Bob is the supreme source of energy for itself and to others because of its high magnetic field. Bob holds a position in the center of the universe. Bob is magnetic in nature due its magnetic power it generates energy when other planets revolve on the orbit and also when it revolves on its own orbit. Contra : Contra is the most civilized planet amongst the 6 planets with a system of laws and a government. Contra is the next biggest planet in the universe and hence has a large population of contra’s living on it. Contra’s are green skinned humanoids. The contra’s are similar to plant as they have chlorophyll running through them which enables them to synthesize food within themselves by utilizing energy from Bob’s core and water. Legend says that the contra are descendants of the thick vegetation that once covered all of Contra. The contra were a very large number a few years before the era of wars began. In fact, the population was so large that they began fighting among themselves for energy. This lead to groups of contra banding together to kill other groups. Many battles were fought and a huge number of lives were lost. Abyssia, a queen of bandit contra, used a combination guile methods and diplomatic measures to unite the remaining contra. She crowned herself the queen and laid down many rules and regulations. Soon, things were more organized and people got equal rations of energy. The people on contra are

3

moderately advanced in the field of technology. They use primitive spaceships to explore space and get to Bob. Mazinia: Mazinia is the planet of metal. All the creatures are made out of metal here. They are one of the toughest creatures. They are called the Maz. This planet is large and therefore BOB has a large magnetic effect on it. The planet is made of metal because while it was being made a huge metal comet passed by the system at a great speed. A small piece of metal got detached from it and entered the making process of Mazinia. This mutation of metal into the making is reason why this planet is metal. This planet is very stable and the gravity is low in this planet. Therefore it is easy for the Maz to move around since they have very heavy bodies. Binesia : Binesia is the planet of the built up people. All the creatures in this planet are super strong but they use power before brains and therefore have tendency of loosing fights. They are called Bins. This planet is large and there BOB has a large magnetic effect on it. The planet is very stable and therefore the atmosphere is very clear due to which very healthy creature are born. These creatures are somewhat human type. They have a very large life span because of their planet but have very small and low in technology spacecraft to go to BOB. Anoyamba: Anoyamba is a very small planet. Due to this, they have very low gravity. Their inhabitants, the anoys have thus learnt to maneuver themselves aerially. Gradually, they developed wings and bird like features. This makes them agile and adept at aerial combat. Anoys are moderately organized into societies as well. The society consists of two classes- upper class Anoys and lower class Anoys. They are divided into their classes at a

4

very young age depending on their fighting skills. The ones who fail the tests are labeled lower class anoys and they look after construction of villages, etc. The ones who prove their worth at these tests are the ones who take care of the defence of these villages from other annoy colonies or outsiders. Anoy tribes had a very important part to play in the wars. Xoloantra : This planet is the 2nd smallest planet in the universe after Anoyamba and is not located fully on the orbit. It is placed just in place for it to revolve properly. It is not at a very comfortable position on the orbit like others. This planet being small in size has considerably low gravitational force as compared to other. The inhabitants that live here who are called Xoloantrans, they can’t fly like Anoys but they don’t walk fully on the ground either. As this planet is not in a very comfortable positon on the orbit, the energy received by this planet is the lowest. Due to which the creatures living on this planet are weak and malnourished and have a very short life span of 20-25 year. Because of low life expectancy they reproduce more. This has again resulted in a negative way by giving rise to the population. High population and low energy from Bob makes life difficult in Xoloantra. But the positive result of high population is that the people interact with a large group of people which expands the horizon their knowledge. So people from this planet are very smart and witty.

Chapter 1: “Maz-A320 Come-in…Come-in, this Maz-Z310 checking in the Maz Base2…Report your location” he spoke into the radio for the fourth time this afternoon in anticipation of a reply from his fellow team mates who were sent to explore planet Bob. Marq’s project at Maz Technologies was at a standstill. Bob was the planet which held a position in the center of the universe. It was a huge and a never ending source of energy for the Universe. It generated energy due to which other planets revolved on the orbit. Due to its high magnetic field the energy generating process was continuous. Marq’s home planet was called Mazinia. Mazinia was a planet made of metal. The beings of planet Mazinia were known as “Maz”. All the creatures living here had properties similar to that of the planet. Mazinia was one such planet which absorbed the maximum energy from planet Bob due to its metallic nature. Marq and his team mates were handpicked by the Maz elders themselves to go on a historical expedition to Bob. Marq had been plugged in to his satellite radio since the time they left Mazinia. All of this seemed very strange to Marq. He couldn’t understand why the elders would want young Maz to go on such a dangerous mission and moreover, he had been specifically told not to go with his team mates. Marq couldn’t help but suspect that the elders were up to something. He had seen it in Chief Larry Heinz’s eyes. Suddenly, he saw a faint glow emanating from the satellite receiver. Hoping for a message, Marq leant towards the receiver, straining his ears to catch any kind of noise. He heard it. A gasp, it was someone who was mortally wounded. His spine tingled with fear when he heard the faint noise. It was Maresk, his best friend. He was desperately trying to talk. “Maaarqq…the pipboy..the pip..” Clank. Marq felt at least a thousand thoughts running about in his head. It looked as if Maresk was on his deathbed and those were his last words. This couldn’t be true…in fact it better not be true. Getting back to his senses, Marq rushed home to check his pipboy. The pipboy was a powerful device that made use of technology that most Maz weren’t even aware of. The main purpose of this cute little gadget was that it transmitted text messages to the

6

other identical pipboy. Marq had made two pipboys about ten years back and he had gifted one of it to Maresk. Incidentally, this was the first time he had heard Maresk say pipboy. He had the habit of calling it blackberry because it looked like one. Marq glanced at his pipboy and saw that there was a new message in his message box. Hoping against hope for encouraging news, he opened the message. His metal ears drooped on both his sides as the first line declared that everyone in Maresk’s crew was dead. The rest of the message was in code. Marq scratched his head. Why would the message be in code? Why was there no news about Maresk himself? Maybe he was still alive; maybe there was still a chance to save him. Marq set off for his lab, determined.. Chapter 2: The sound of his soft breathing was the only sound in the dimly lit room. He stood in the darkness of his own mind. His eyes darted to the door as there was a sharp knock. He waved to his valet to let the person in. The visitor came in walking across the hall at a brisk pace. He was hooded, short and made a strange noise while walking. It seemed like he was limping. The Prince stood up and said with a sinister smile, “You’d better have good news, dude.” His eyes seemed to light up with some sort of wild excitement. The hooded figure shuffled in its place before answering in the affirmative. “Yes, Mordred. I have information that will make you crazy for more detailing. Should I..?” With another dismissive wave, Mordred ordered his valets out of the room. -Queen Abyssia sat in a dark corner of her bedchamber, troubled. Her dear son, Mordred, was acting quite restless in the last few weeks. This was most unusual of him as he had always been a very silent person keeping to himself. She had always kept him

7

safe within the castle where he’d be away from the horrific realities of life. Her son was all she had and cared about in this world. “Send for the Prince”, she ordered her valet. Abyssia ruled over the Planet Contra. After the death of her husband, she took over the planet and changed the course of politics to take revenge from the band of rogue contra that were responsible for her husband’s death. Her bloodlust was said to be so intense that all the other Contra gave in and joined her forces. She did not hesitate to kill everyone in her family who went against her decisions. A few minutes later, a tall, sleek figure of a handsome male contra walked in. He is one of the few rare Contra who has fall leaves on his head throughout the year. Prince Mordred bowed before his mother, the green widow, Abyssia. “Rise, my son. I’m worried about your failing health. I’ve noticed that you eat very less or nothing at all, these days.” “It’s nothing, mom. I’ve had work to do. We’ve had reports of some troublesome rogues in the north, I’ve just finished taking care of them,” replied Mordred. The Queen stared into her son’s deep hazel eyes before asking, “Is that all? I think there’s something more that you should be telling me.” Mordred’s face was devoid of any expression by now. He stood there with his mouth slightly open, staring hard at his mother. “No..It’s nothing, really. Just a slight fever that’s been bogging me down, mom.” Abyssia sighed to herself as Mordred turned and quietly left the room. Chapter 3: “I’m here to meet Chief Heinz”, Marq told the guards outside the Chief’s residence. The guard looked at Marq for a minute and then exclaimed, “Master Marq! The Chief told to let you in when you would come. I’ll take you to him, please follow me.” Taken back,

8

Marq quietly followed the guard. He just had to tell the Chief…and also, he’d better get answers for his questions. Marq was only seven years old when he had first met Chief Heinz. Heinz was like a fatherly figure to Marq as he was the only one who encouraged Marq’s interest and talent at handling technology at any level. Chief Heinz was the only one who knew Marq’s parents, it was said. Marq gawped at the huge hall he was standing in. He had never been this far into the ‘monastery’. He saw the old man sitting at the other end of the hall shrouded in the smoke from his pipe. The man had a grave expression on his face that left Marq wondering… “Greetings, Marq. It’s been a long time…how are you?” “Chief…I need answers. All my friends have been killed during your damned expedition to Bob. Why did you have to send them to such a dangerous place? ” “Ah, my boy…it was not my doing nor my wish. I know that sending an expedition to Bob is just being greedy. But alas, power is no longer in my hands. The Elders no longer listen to me. They feel that we should make use of the energy at Bob before any other planet tries.” “But that’s just asking for war..!” “I know, but as I said, I’m just a namesake leader. Most of the Elders now are banding under Joel Limiz, the Cornel. They are just waiting for me to pass away…” Marq glanced around the hall to see if anyone was in sight before leaning towards the Chief. “I’ve received a private message from Maresk. He gave me all info required for me to make a conditioner that will help us survive on Bob without any kind of hassle. I’ve already made a prototype and intend to test it out, myself. Maresk may still be alive somewhere on Bob.” The Old Chief grinned at him and said, “I knew you’d come for that, Marq. You’re the type who wouldn’t let your friends down, no matter what. I have only a few days left.

9

But blessed are my remaining days if I can somehow pacify the Maz and not let them be blinded by greed.” Marq blinked. So, the chief knew he was going to do this. He turned to leave when the old man said, “Oh, and you can take my ship, Marq. No one can trace that ship; it’s perfect for your mission…good luck.” Marq nodded and left the hall. He had a bad feeling about all this. What’s going to happen to Mazinia? Chapter 4

Marq looked at his pipboy again. He could find out the exact location of the other pipboy through this. Pocketing it, he entered the small three meter private ship. Marq took one of his latest inventions with him...the atmosphere conditioner. It was a simple but powerful tool that he had designed to change atmospheric conditions up to the radius of one kilometer. He looked at Maz technologies…this research lab was the only place he could call home. And this could well be the last time he’ll be seeing the place. He locked the door behind him with determination writ on his face. -Throngs of Maz flocked the city center. Cornel Joel Limiz had called everyone in order to make a public announcement. He sat in his room, thinking to himself. The din was getting louder…the time had come. He strode out confidently and that brought on silence. He looked at the crowd and then put on one of his famous smiles. “Greetings, ladies, gentlemen and Halflings. I hope you’re in shiny condition on this warm morning. Well, you’re lives are just going to get better. A few days back, our technical squad was sent on an exploratory mission to Planet Bob. Though they didn’t survive, I have managed to conceive some information from them. And now, it’s time I

10

made our intentions clear. The majority of the elders have decided that Mazinia will put in all its effort to inhabit Bob. We have leads about some device known as the atmospheric conditioner which makes living possible on Bob for us Maz. Therefore, we are replicating this technology and as soon as the conditioners are ready, I will leave for Bob along with entire military.” People were talking in hushed noises to each other as they dispersed, seemingly excited by this new prospect. The Cornel turned and went back to his room only to catch the familiar scent of smoke. “Chief Larry...greetings. I presume you heard my speech?” The Chief cast a dry look on him and said, “Of course, I did. It must have resonated throughout Mazinia. But that’s not the point. I don’t understand why you need the entire military.” The Cornel replied curtly, “I have explained this to the other elders. It’s because I fear that there are some dangerous forces actually living on the planet and considering the possibilities of the being very strong, we’ll need our whole army.” “What? You think there are inhabitants on Bob? That’s not possible. If it was, why would you let Marq go through?” The Cornel looked taken aback for a moment before retaining his cool. “He should be glad that I didn’t arrest him for making such great devices and not even telling us about them. Who knows, he could be developing something against the state. The least I could do was have him watched and that I did.” The chief left the room not wanting to talk anymore. Chapter 5: Marq picked up another rock. Something was very delightful about this planet, something that made him feel good about himself. Or maybe, it was the effect of the conditioner which made him feel shiny and brand new, always.

11

Marq had just reached the planet Bob and it looked like paradise to him. He was tracking the other pipboy using his own and he was led to this place. He could tell that something had occurred over here. What if there were inhabitants on Bob? He trudged through the rocks carefully. Suddenly, something glinted in the distance. He went towards it and then froze. It was a spaceship with the Maz sign on it. What happened to them? Why did they crash land? He checked for the location of the other pipboy and it seemed to pointing towards the debris of the spaceship. Marq went to it and started sifting through the debris. Soon, he saw them. The dead bodies started appearing one by one. It was a saddening sight for Marq to see so many comrades’ dead, but he kept searching for Maresk and the other pipboy. Pip, pip. Marq retrieved the pipboy from under a broken seat. He looked around the whole place but he couldn’t find Maresk. Somehow, this gave him new hope. He might still be alive somewhere… -Mordred went to his mom, Abyssia, to seek an audience. Her mom told the valets to leave them. “Mom, it’s about time I told you something…I have seen you suffer a lot to unite the people on this planet. Yet, our enemies keep disturbing your peace. I have plans to finish off this menace once and for all.” Abyssia looked at him. She couldn’t read his mind at all. “What do you mean, son? Why are you telling me all this?” “You are still the ruler of Contra, mom. I..I have to take revenge on our enemies and teach them a lesson they’d never forget. And I promise that I’ll do it, with very minimal losses on our side.”

12

Abyssia let out a long sigh. She said, “I knew that it would come to this one day. But I never thought that your dad’s death would affect you so deeply. It’s high time you let go of the past, son.” Mordred smiled and told her, “Mom, you really don’t have to worry about me or our people. I assure you that I have everything under control. Please rest now, I don’t want to see you troubled.” With that, Mordred took leave of his mother. Chapter 6:

Clank, clank. Marq continued his search for Maresk. He followed a trail of what could possibly be Maz footsteps. He saw it. It was Maresk’s body, lying still and with the satellite communicator still in his hand. Marq rushed over and gasped. He was alive. Or at least, that’s what he looked like. However, something was wrong. He seemed to be in a coma or something similar, as there was no response from the body no matter how much Marq tried ‘waking’ him up. He was worse than dead and there was nothing Marq could do about him. And then, it struck him. It was the atmosphere that did this to him. The others died in a crash. What was that all about? Maresk looked like he was the only survivor. All of this didn’t make much sense to him, right now. “I need answers…” Marq thought to himself as he spoke into his transmitter. “Chief, this is Maz Z310 from Planet Bob…come in, come in.” -All of the Binesians seemed astonished at the sight of a spaceship landing in their main settlement. They were even more surprised when they saw humanoids with leaves, branches and roots sticking out of them coming out from the ship. They took up a defensive stance and asked them to identify themselves.

13

The most elegant one among the plant men came up front. “I am Mordred, the prince of Contra. Greetings, neighbors. I’ll need to speak to your king.” One of the larger Binesians asked, “Why do you want to meet him? How come we’ve never seen you before? Another Binesian pointed to the spaceship and shouted, “And what the hell is that thing behind you?” Mordred smiled calmly and said, “At ease, gentlemen. We mean no harm. We have a proposal and it’s very urgent. So, I’ll need to speak to your king as soon as possible.” The Binesians were still confused and started arguing among themselves. Then, one of the Binesians said, “Okay, we trust you. Follow me; I’ll lead you to Binnet’s place.” Binnet was the fearsome leader of the Binesia. This planet consisted of people who valued strength over brains. The reason that they were backward in technology was simple. They didn’t care, really. The ten feet tall and 800 pound leader, Binnet, was someone who was universally feared. Many people dreaded approaching him as Binnet’s short temper was also something that was renowned. Mordred calmly bowed in front of Binnet and told the contra to get back to the ship. Taking this as a friendly gesture, Binnet asked, “So, tell me prince. What is that you want from me?” “Okay, let me get to it directly. I’m sure you remember Mazinia, the land of metal men. I have proof that they are up to something sinister and something that endangers the peace between all our planets. I want to do something about it, so maybe; I could use your help too?” Binnet roared with laughter. “So you want back up in a fight and are making up excuses for being weaklings, yourselves?” His expression turned into a frown immediately when he saw Mordred smiling calmly. “You are probably right. But maybe you should go through the evidence we have..” Clank, clank.

14

A hooded figure comes into the picture, limping. Chapter 7 Binnet came out f his room and blew the mighty Binesian war horn. The horn was used to signify that Binesia was at war and were supposed to assemble. Most of the Binesians looked perplexed as they couldn’t understand why they were at war. They hadn’t fought any external enemy since a long time now. As soon as they settled, Binnet addressed them. “My dear Binesian folk, we have a problem. The entire armies of Mazinia are making their way to Bob. We can’t allow this as they plan to use the energy on Bob to their own advantage. If they don’t want peace, fine…we’ll give them war.” This little speech was followed by the roars and shouts of agreement from the Binesians. “But how do we go and fight them?” asked one of the Binesians still looking confused. Even Binnet looked confused. Mordred with yet another smile, waved at some of the contra standing beside him. They spoke something into their transmitters. The Binesians looked on as the sky seemed to light up. To their astonishment, about a hundred spaceships descended from the sky. Mordred spoke out loud, “Binesians, here are your spaceships; we have a contra for maneuvering each ship. This is a critical situation. I’ll need all help you can give me.” Having said this, Mordred got into his spaceship and flew away. Binnet roared, “Contra’s armies will be meeting us on the battlefield. Let’s put on a show the Maz will have to pay a heavy price for.” -Cornel Joel Limiz looked at the battalions of Maz spaceships that had just landed on Bob.

15

“Alright, that’s all of them “he thought to himself. “Everyone, set camp” he said. Everything was going according to plan. Despite a delay and their slow spaceships, they had no trouble till now. All the conditioners were working perfectly, so, they could take their time to scan the planet for signs of life. Suddenly, he saw a figure in the distance. It was approaching them at a brisk pace. “Ah”, he said recognizing the Maz. It was Marq. He had a strange expression on his face. “What the hell are you doing? Do you know the effect the planet will have on us?” Marq asked. “If you are talking about the energy shifts…yes, I do. That’s our purpose; we need the energy at any cost.” “Why do you need it, it’s not like anyone has attacked us, right?” argued Maz. “How dare you contradict my decision? I ba—“ The voice dropped suddenly. All of the Maz looked to the east. “Oh my…who the hell are they?” shouted one Maz soldier. The sky was raining spaceships and out of each spaceship came ten humanoids of immense size and about 8 foot in size. The Binesians were here. The Maz army looked on in fright as the Binesians kept unloading from the spaceships. The largest of them came to the forefront and blew a huge horn. “Binesians…attack!” he shouted. Marq was horrified. Not by the advancing army, but of the expression on Cornel Limiz’s face. They had been betrayed.

Chapter 8

16

The war raged on fiercely. Several lives were lost on both sides. Cornel Limiz had gone missing since the first day of the battle. Marq sat behind a rock contemplating. So, this was Limiz’s plan. He had somehow brought the Binesians to attack the Maz. But why would he do that? Maybe, he was working for someone. The war had destroyed the whole terrain of Bob. The heightened powers of the Maz and Binesians had escalated into a very bloody and destructive fight. Marq had fallen behind and watched on, helplessly. Suddenly, the satellite receiver started blinking. Marq leaned towards it. “Marq, are you there? This is Chief Heinz. Marq?” “Chief! I have grave news for you.” Marq said. “Not more grave than I have. Mazinia has been captured by Contra. I’m in hiding right now. Limiz hasn’t been responding to me. None of the other elders have replied, as well. If you happen to meet someone, can you relay the message and tell them to send the army back? We need support urgently” the chief said. “Ah, I see…then I guess it was Contra behind all this. Limiz has betrayed us, Chief. I could see it in his eyes. He seemed to have brought the lethal Binesian army onto Bob and the war is still raging on. No one will be left, at this rate and the energy here is being misused a lot…it could even disrupt the balance of energy that’s emanated from Bob. It could result in a gruesome end for the whole universe. We have to do something.” There was silence for a moment. Then, the chief said, “You are missing on some information, it seems. Contra seemed to have manipulated Binesia too, as I’ve heard that Binesia was also conquered by the Contra. Their army being on Mazinia fighting ours explains how they did it so quickly and easily. Alright, it seems that I have no option but to call…them.” Chapter 9

17

Mordred sat in the Maz monastery. His plans had gone as smoothly as he wanted them to. There seemed to be no resistance from the remaining Maz on Mazinia and the same went for the Binesians on Binesia. A valet came up to Mordred and whispered something into his ear. Mordred seemed to be mildly amused by that. He waved to his valet to let the man in. It was the first time he was going to see the legendary ace, Annoyer. Annoyer was an Anoy from Anoyamba. Anoyamba was a very small planet inhabited by humanoids who had wings and faces resembling those of birds. The bird-man came in, escorted by two contra soldiers. Mordred asked him to be released. The escorts left the room. Mordred looked at Annoyer and said, “What are you here for, bird-man? Are you anoys actually thinking of coming here to oppose us? Let me tell you that it will be of little or no use.” “And why would you say that? What do you actually know about us? Your mother was said to be a madwoman but I knew her well. She actually created peace on Contra. You’re just spreading war.” “It’s all over, Annoyer. My mom did tell about your so called greatness. I’d want to…test that for myself!” he said, as he unsheathed a sword and leaped on Annoyer. Annoyer leaped to the air in a flash and in an instant, Mordred was on the ground with Annoyer bearing down upon him. “I knew you wouldn’t agree so easily. In fact, the army of anoys is already wiping the Contras out of Mazinia.” Mordred frowned, “Oh, I see…I never counted you in my plans as I thought you wouldn’t dare attack Contra. Seems I was wrong, eh. Oh well...” Annoyer was taken aback as vines sprouted from Mordred’s body, entangling him. He tried to fly away, but he was trapped. Mordred raised his sword.

18

“Goodbye, bird man. I’ll tell my mother that you were a good man.” Swish. Annoyer’s head rolled onto the ground and his body fell spectacularly. Mordred wiped the blood from his face…and frowned. Chapter 10

The war had been relentless in the last few weeks. Deaths were constant and Marq was sickened. He helped in repairing the injured Maz but he felt helpless. The armies were fighting each other when the real enemy was Contra. Back in the Binesian camp, Binnet was wondering. Almost three weeks have passed and there was no support from Contra. He had a bad gut feeling about this. Suddenly, he raised his head. He thought he had just heard something. Could it be more Maz? No, it sounded like a huge force was coming towards them. The Maz had suffered heavy damages and it would be beyond them to come in such a huge number. As he looked on, he lost his senses…This was definitely an army that was coming for them. And it was the largest army he had ever seen. But he had never seen any of them before. The Binesians roared as the swarm approached them. Then, they heard another noise. The sound of metal. Could it be possible? To their horror, they saw the army of Mazinians approaching them from the south. Binnet looked at his army. This was suicide. He had to find a way for his men to survive. He was now sure that Mordred had deceived them. He took a step forward and blew the horn to catch the attention of all remaining Binesians. “Binesians, we have been cheated by the contra. We’ll have to do something that Binesians have never done before. We will have to surrender.” There was a lot of booing

19

from the crowd but Binnet continued. “There is no point in going on like this. We can’t afford to lose any more lives.” With this, Binnet signaled to both the oncoming armies that he was surrendering. -The Maz army had captured all of the Binesians and had chained Binnet, the monster. The other army that had been approaching identified themselves as the Xoloantrans. Their leader, Phynisis, walked up to Binnet. “You won’t be killing anymore Maz, you monster.” Binnet protested, “But they were the ones who are going to disturb the balance in the universe on their side.” Phynisis replied, “No way, you are lying.” A voice among the crowd said, “No, it’s true. The Maz were led here to steal energy and disrupt the universe’s balance.” It was Marq. Coming out of the crowd, he said “The Binesians and the Maz have been cheated by contra and Cornel Limiz. They have led us into this disastrous war while they have already conquered Mazinia and Binesia. We have been fighting like fools…for nothing. “ Chapter 11 Mordred couldn’t believe it. For once, he was not smiling at all. The anoys had defeated his armies on Binesia and Mazinia. Shaking with rage, he tells his valet to let the person in. Cornel Limiz comes in, hooded. He says, “I have bad news for you, Mordred. The armies of Mazinia and Binesia have stopped fighting. Marq ruined it all.” Mordred starts laughing maniacally. “Of course, that was bound to happen. I have bad news for you. You are dead, bro.” Saying this, Mordred sliced off Limez’ head with a single strike.

20

“Haha, how do you like that, Limez? You stupid metal head?!! I am—“ His voice dropped and he turned back to receive the shock of his life. It was his mother with her blade right through him. “I love you, son. But I have realized that one life cannot be equal to a thousand or much more. “ Mordred fell to the ground. He looked at his mother, closed his eyes…and smiled.
