Electrical *
Sleeve closure for cable entry in wall / Trench / slab / shaft with fire proof
barriear and water proof material
Check for proper sealing of Trench opening for cable entry are closed
with water proof material
Check for proper closure of cable tray entry in the wall or shaft with
fire proof material
Check all floor and fire wall penetration of Bus Ducts are sealed with approved
fire rated material
All big openings on slab and wall for ladder routing shall be filled by
cement mortar and approved sealent.
HVAC *
Check for proper insulation & closing of gaps around duct with proper sealant
Check for proper thick ness and approved insulation material applied over
refrigerant piping without any damage on the insulation (indoor to outdoor)
Check for proper thick ness and approved insulation material applied over
AC condensor water drain piping without any damage on the insulation
Sleeve closure for pipe entry in wall / Trench / slab / shaft with fire proof
barriear and water proof material
Check for proper thick ness and approved insulation material applied over
AC chiller water piping without any damage on the insulation and all wall
pentration closed properly
Fire Hydrant System*
Check for closure gaps around of all pipe sleeve and pipe crossing throgh wall

Check for closure gaps around of all pipe sleeve and pipe crossing throgh wall
