PHP
PHP stands for : Hypertext Preprocessor
PHP is a server-side scripting language. PHP scripts are executed on the server. PHP supports many databases (My SQL, Informix, Oracle, Sybase, Solid, Postgre SQL, Generic ODBC, etc.). PHP is an open source software.
DATABASE & My SQL
A database consists of an organized collection of data for one or more uses, typically in digital form. One way of classifying databases involves the type of their contents. Different typpes of databases available. MySQL is a relational database management system (RDBMS) that runs as a server providing multi-user access to a number of databases.

The end user of the software can be divided into two categories Administrator: Access to master forms for the purpose of data entry and generation of reports. Operator: Access to his corresponding records and giving examination only.
