1. The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are onl tentative timings. Buses ma be dela ed due to some unavoidable reasons like traffic jams etc., However the bus will not leave the source before the time that is mentioned on the ticket. 2. Passengers are requested to arrive at the boarding point at least 15 min. before the scheduled time of departure. 3. Passengers are required to furnish the following at the time of boarding the bus. Failing to do so, the ma not be allowed to board the bus. 1. A cop of the ticket . (A print out of the ticket or the print out of the ticket e-mail.) 2. Identit proof. (Driving license, student ID card, compan ID card, passport, PAN card or voter ID card). 4. The compan is not responsible for an loss of goods or propert of the passengers and accident. 5. The compan shall not be responsible for an dela or inconvenience during the journe due to breakdown of the vehicle or other reasons be ond the control of the compan . 6. The trips are subject to cancellation or postponement due to breakdown of the vehicle or insufficient passengers for the trip. Under such circumstance passengers will be intimated through email/phone as soon as possible and the ticket amount will be refunded. No passenger will be taken on the wa side. Baggage and Luggage will be booked at owner's risk subjected to the acceptance b Neeta Travels Partner. 7. The tickets booked through Neeta Travels are cancelled. The refunded mone is transferred back to the passenger's credit/Debit card/ITZ Card. 8. Video and Air conditioning in the buses is not guaranteed. 9. CANCELLATION CHARGES In case of non suppl of vehicle - Full Amount will be refunded Before 4hrs : 15% Amount Refund. Before 8hrs : 25% Amount Refund. Before 12hrs : 35% Amount Refund. Before 24hrs : 50% Amount Refund. Before 48hrs : 75% Amount Refund. Before 60hrs : 90% Amount Refund. Note: Onl bonafide passengers holding valid Neeta Travels tickets booked at Neeta Travels counters or its agents are allowed to cancel tickets and collect refund at their respective counters onl . It is mandator to show original photo identit card at the time of cancellation. Cancellation of tickets purchased through Web should be done through Web onl
