CONTRACT BETWEEN ARTIST/MODEL AND MODEL TWO MANAGEMENT M ANAGEMENT (“TWO MANAGEMENT”)
1.
Ihereof herebytoemploy youcontracts as my talent/modeling talent/modelin g agency agency fmy or aprofessional period of two (2) (2) years the date daor te negotiate for the rendition of for services as from a model, otherwise, in the field of modeling, and shall be automatically renewed for successive two (2) year periods unless either I or you give written notice of termination at least 90 days prior to the end of the then-current term.

Two Management will be my exclusive WEST COAST agency.

As compensation for your your said services agreed to be rendered hereunder, hereunder, I hereby agree to pay you a sum equal to twenty percent (20%); not to exceed maximum rate shown on fee schedule of all monies or things of value as and when received by me directly or indirectly, as compensation for my professional services rendered or agreed to be rendered during the terms hereof under contracts, or any extension, renewals, modifications, or substitutions thereof, entered into or negotiated during the term hereof and to pay the same to you thereafter for so long a times as I receive compensation on any such contracts, extensions, options, or renewals of said contracts; and for so long as you remain licensed. It is expressly understood that to be entitled to continue to receive the payment payment compensation on the aforementioned contracts, after the termination of this agreement, you shall remain obligated to serve me and perform obligations with respect to said employment contracts or to extension or renewals of said contracts or to any employment requiring my services on which such compensation is based.

I hereby appoint you you my lawful attorney-in-fact and authorize you to colle collect ct and receive monies on my behalf, to endorse my name and deposit same in your account with any bank, and to retain therefrom all sums due you at any time. I also authorize you to approve and permit the use of my name, photograph, photograph, likeness, and voice and to sign releases on my behalf. This power of attorney is irrevocable during the term of this agreement and, with respect to any matter for which you are entitled to compensation, thereafter. I hereby assign to you the proceeds of all assignments done by me, against which you have made advance payment to me. If, in all accordance with your voucher system, you advance me any sums against my fees not yet received and you do not receive collection within six (6) months, I will upon request reimburse you for the sums you advanced to me.

I hereby agree that you you may render your your services to others during to term hereof.

In the event event that that I do not not obtain a bona-fide bona-fide offer of employment employment from a responsible responsible employ employer er during a period of time in excess of four (4) consecutive months, during of which said time I shall be ready, able, willing, and available to accept employment, either party hereto shall have the right to terminate this contract by notice in writing to that effect sent to the other by registered or certified mail.

Controversies arising between us under under the provisions provisions of the California California Labor Labor Code Code relating relating to talent agencies and under the rules and regulations for the enforcement thereof shall be referred to the Labor Commissioner of the State of California, as provided in Section 1700.40 of the California Labor Code.

In the event event you shallsuch collect from me aor feeshall, of expenses forpaid obtaining employment for you me, and shall failthat to procure employment, fail to be for such employment, shall upon demand therefor, repay to me the fee and expenses so collected. Unless repayment thereof is made within forty-eight (48) hours after demand therefor, you shall pay to me an additional sum equal to the amount of the fee as provided in Section 1700.40 of the California Labor Code.
9.
Subject to my availability, availability, you hereby agree agree to use use all reasonable efforts to procure employment for me in the field or fields or endeavor specified in the contract in which you represent me.
10.
This instrument instrument constitutes constitutes the entire agreement between between us and no statement, statement, promises, promises, or inducement made by any party hereto that is not contained herein shall be binding or valid, and this contract may not be enlarged, modified, or altered, except in writing by both the parties hereto; and provided further, any substantial changes in this contract must be approved by the Labor Commissioner.

LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN ARTIST/MODEL AND MODEL TWO MANAGEMENT M ANAGEMENT (“TWO MANAGEMENT”) 1.

I have have requested that that TWO TWO MANAGEMENT MANAGEMENT (“TM”), (“TM”), from time to time, make make advances advances to me for personal needs and to make payments on my behalf for airfares, testing photos and development, promotional books, messenger fees, rent fees, car service, and similar expenses, whether on-stay for modeling assignments or otherwise. In the event I request and receive cash advances or the benefit of payments made on my behalf, as above set forth, I agree to repay all such amounts to TM promptly after such payment or advance is made. If I fail to make any such payment, TM may deduct the amount due to it from any fees or other compensation due to me that may be in TM possession. If for some reason I am unable to repay any such amount from my modeling fees or other compensation due to me, TM, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to extend this payment period. I understand understand that in the event such payment payment is not made, made, TM may resort to a court of law to enforce its legal rights to recover such amounts from me. If TM shall engage an attorney to recover such amount, or disbursements an action is soincurred commenced byinTM, I agree therewith. to reimburse TM for all reasonable legal fees and by TM connection

In the case that I may seek representation representation from another manager/agency, manager/agency, I understand that I am responsible to repay all amounts due to TM immediately, by personal check or by authorizing my new manager/agency to repay said amounts on my behalf.
