Continuing education is the need of the hour in the existing globalized scenario. The market operates on a global platform and each business has become more diverse than ever, demanding competencies that not only have a strong foundation but also grow with the growing demands of the global market. The onus is on specific skills for a domain, which have a high level of specialization and work exposure. Academic degrees give the necessary foundation for those skills but add-ons through continuing education (training, short-term, long-term programs) helps an individual to remain professionally competitive and, a business to be competitively aggressive.
