"For their $74,872 annual salary, clerks often toil until late at night and through the weekend, without a vacation. But once the term is over, their year at One First Street is likely to translate into a massive signing bonus from a big law firm eager to burnish its roster. These sweeteners can exceed $200,000, on top of a six-figure salary, said Todd Peppers, a professor at Washington and Lee School of Law who wrote his PhD dissertation on the subject of Supreme Court clerks." (see comment) Does the aforementioned sound a little quid pro quo? ATTENTION LAW MAKERS AND OPEN GOVERNMENT---we want to know where and for whom these law clerks are working for the next decade after they leave government. 13 law clerks in this term are from Harvard and one clerked at the Massachusetts Supreme Court. Considering the habitual dishonest service that comes from the 3rd Branch you should all be concerned. How many politicians have been put behind bars for racketeering by the third branch? Do we have an entire Branch of government that is exempt from law yet determines punishment for others on violations of law - the very laws the 3RD Branch public servants freely violate? Corrupt attorney Guy P. Tully of Jackson Lewis took a trip to DC after he and the corrupt USDC staff who had blocked me from the US District Judge ensured with a fraudulent document that I be denied filing without the filing fee at the First Circuit; this was the only law suit I had ever filed and they named me a vexatious litigant. https://twitter.com/rebelready/status/231837045344059392/photo/1/large When I did pay the fee and file with the 1st circuit they blocked that filing as well. https://twitter.com/rebelready/status/245272308493717504/photo/1/large I spoke with William K. Suter, Clerk at the Supreme Court. I asked why my petition was denied when my petition clearly indicated corruption with unquestionable evidence showing I was denied legitimate access to the courts [i.e., the court documents and the court dockets themselves]. I asked, “Why was the Supreme Court leaving a Disabled American a victim of corruption? I asked why, when I have yet to have any legitimate court process, should I spend money for reconsideration of a petition that by all ethical, moral, and legal standards should have been allowed a review or at least a judgment that would correct a more than well documented wrong? I gave him an overview of the usurpation, the false appearance in the USDC and the second notices of appearance defense counsel filed in the court of appeals that included the defendants names unlike the first notices they filed; the aforementioned occurred only after I filed an emergent motion that the Writ they blocked be heard under the crime victims act by the duty judge. I told him about the evidence of switching scanned with word processed files in the ECF system. I told him about the bizarre orders that prohibited me from making reference to the docket. I told him about the dismissal with prejudice from the USDC that was a scanned document to effectuate the identity theft of an US District Judge. I told him about the changed spelling of party and LEXIS numbers on adverse authority placed in a footnote claiming it supported the Defendants’ position. I told him about Judicial Panel assignments being entered on the docket after decisions had been made and slid in as docket text that was not there on the day judgments were rendered. I asked how could the attorneys be admitted to the SC? Clerk Suter claimed that he has been an attorney for many, many years and that what I described could not have possibly happened; he went on to state that there is no corruption in the courts. He stated the nine Justices did in fact read my petition and that the decision was final. I guess reconsideration would be an act in futility!!!!
